I was very pleased with the repair I had done on my 20 year old roof. Eddie and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish! Eddie kept me in the loop with pictures of the repair throughout the day. The price and service was fantastic! I never do reviews, but I would recommend them for your roofing needs!!
Had a great experience with North Coast Roofing! They replaced my old roof with a much higher-quality one that looks great. They also upgraded my gutter system and skylight. And it was all done in 3 days flat. It's good value for money; Eddie is very responsive and helpful as well. Overall I had a great experience, and would recommend North Coast to anyone who needs roof services in the area.
Huge thanks to Eddy and North Coast Roofing for their help performing a roof inspection that saved me from losing my homeowners insurance. I got a notice from my insurance company that I would be dropped if I did not get a new roof or provide an inspection that clearly documented my roof was sound. I had three other roofing companies come out before North Coast, and after explaining my insurance situation to them, they all recommended a new roof without exploring any other options or commenting on the state of the roof. Eddy came out, took the time to understand my needs for meeting the insurance requirements, and did an initial roof inspection with me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went over the roof with me in detail. He was happy to find my roof was in great condition and instead of upselling me on a new roof, he offered what ended up being a very thorough inspection report that satisfied the requirements my insurer needed to continue our coverage. On top of the inspection report, I felt like I got a crash course in roof maintenance which will be helpful for years to come. When I need a new roof down the road, I will be returning to North Coast.
Eddy is the best! Eddy showed me how my roof was constructed and explained every good and bad thing about my roof. Ultimately, Eddy told me my roof was very well constructed and in minimal need of repair. Eddy took the time to walk me through the process. He was extremely professional, obviously very knowledgeable, and ultimately very respectable and honest. I would recommend his services to anyone and when I am in need of roof repair, I know who to call.
We are so happy we went with North Coast Roofing! Eddy rescued us in December for a roof leak and then did a full roof replacement in March. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. Workmanship was superb.
