Barry and his guys did an amazing job on our old roof that was in desperate need of attention. He and his guys arrived when they said they would and finished the job in TWO days! The guys worked hard and were super clean and conscientious. I can't recommend Northern Pacific Roofing enough. They were absolutely amazing. Really top notch work and super fast. Just incredible. These guys are good. I have been in the construction business for 60 years and like these guys because they do what they said they were going to do--when they said they were and for the price they said they would. Everyone expects quality, but if it fails co come with the rest it's a disappointment.
Our Townhome complex of 72 units in Petaluma CA. had Northern Pacific Roofing replace all of our roofs and worn guttering. Our roofing was in poor shape and there was decking and fascia boards that needed replaced requiring considerable carpentry skills. NPR was one of a dozen companies we considered for our project. Our HOA had a rigorous process to select the right vendor for the work. Reputation, quality of the products used, communication with our team, and of course cost all were considered. All of NPR’s employees are full time, not subs brought in for a big job. As a business, your people are really where the rubber meets the road and NPR has a great group of hard working men, with good skills needed for a complex project like we had. The supervisors and family management team are simply first class. Kept their promises. Always available for questions or issues that invariably arise on a project of this size.Their billing was clear and accurate. The change orders that were presented were fair and consistent as well. Our homeowners were all impressed with the friendly, skillful crews and pride in their work that was demonstrated every day. As one of a two person project managment team and I can’t say enough about the experience of working with NPR.
