Oakland Roofing Pro

I had a great experience with Oakland Roofing Pro for my roof replacement in Oakland. Collin gave me excellent service and strong value while removing my old cedar shake roof, installing new asphalt shingles, and adding four new skylights. I got several quotes from other roofing contractors, and Collin was the first to respond. Right away, I felt confident after speaking with him and told my wife I hoped the price would be competitive because I really wanted to hire him, and it was. Compared with some of the other roofers I contacted, Collin stood out for being professional, respectful, and easy to work with. He took time to explain the roofing job in simple terms, went over material options, helped with the best skylight placement, and made sure everything was done the right way. He was honest, detailed, and clearly cared about quality workmanship and customer service. Throughout the whole process, communication was clear and consistent. The crew kept the job site clean, worked carefully around my family and neighbors, and showed real pride in their roofing work. When the project was finished, the property looked even cleaner than before they started. The new roof looks excellent, and the skylights have made a huge difference by bringing in more natural light and improving the living space inside the house. I also appreciated the attention given to important roofing details like underlayment, flashing, and sealants around the skylights to help prevent leaks and protect the home in Oakland’s sun and seasonal rain. A roof replacement is a major investment, and this team made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and positive from start to finish. I highly recommend Collin for anyone needing roofing or skylight work.

We had a really good experience with Bernard. He came out quickly to inspect a small roof leak that started showing up while we were remodeling the bathroom. He found the issue right away and explained that a few leftover nails from a previous roofing job were causing the problem. He removed them, sealed everything properly, and the leak was taken care of without any hassle. My husband also asked if he could add a bathroom vent through the roof, and Bernard was able to fit the work in the same visit. He was prompt, professional, and easy to talk to, and he explained the roofing work in a simple way that made sense. His pricing was very fair, and he was generous with his time and attention to detail. It is hard to find a roofer who is this responsive, honest, and skilled. We really appreciated how smoothly the repair and vent installation went, and the finished work looks clean and solid. I would gladly recommend him to anyone in Oakland who needs help with a roof leak, roof vent, or other roofing repairs. We will definitely call again for any future roofing work.

Oakland Roofing Pro did an excellent job replacing our older roof in Oakland. Erik and the crew worked in careful sections, tearing off the worn roofing, installing the new materials, and finishing each area properly before moving to the next. They took good care to protect the landscaping and nearby surfaces, and they cleaned up thoroughly after the job, including nails and other debris. Throughout the project, Erik shared progress photos and explained any problem spots that needed extra roof repair because of past leaks. That clear communication made the whole process easy to understand and gave us confidence in the work being done. I was very pleased with the workmanship, the organized job site, and the attention to detail. They were also the only roofing contractor who actually got up on the roof to take accurate measurements before giving an estimate, and the pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them for roof replacement and leak repair.

my new roof, along with the updated fascia, aluminum trim, and gutters, look fantastic. the roofing crew was great—they showed up on time every day, worked hard, and really focused on getting every detail right. they even gave me advice about my chimney, letting me know it needed some tuck pointing, and checked out my upper porch deck to make sure it was in good shape for a few more years. they also helped me pick out the best colors for my home in oakland. there were some extra costs since they found five layers of old shingles, replaced damaged fascia, did some carpentry on the eaves, and fixed the chimney mortar. even so, i felt the service was well worth it. the clean up was super thorough and my garden was left just as it was before. i would definitely recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof work in oakland!

I had a great experience with my roofing project in Oakland. My project manager, Bernard, was very communicative, responsible, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Even though dealing with my insurance company took a while, Bernard made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. He always checked in and made sure I understood what was happening with my new metal roof installation. Bernard truly put customer satisfaction first and made the process smooth and stress-free. I am very happy with the results and would give Bernard five stars for his hard work and professionalism!
