I found out about Oscar’s company through Facebook Marketplace, and I’ve been grateful ever since. A leaking bathtub faucet, a broken garbage disposal that needed to be replaced, and now a renovation of our kitchen floor. On June 28th, our neighbors ice machine maker hose damaged our kitchen floor. Coincidentally, we were scheduled to leave for vacation days later. Before leaving, Oscar and team pulled up our floors as to avoid molding and further damage. There was still a leak, and Oscar and team went out of their way to visit our unit to help clean up until HOA finally responded and they were able to shut off the leak. After some time waiting for insurance, we were able to schedule a date to get our floors fixed. Oscar and team even got it done in a day! I can’t express how grateful I am to the team and how much they’ve helped us out. I look forward to working with Oscar and team more in the future!
Oscar is a consummate professional and does great and meticulous work. He and his team out up pantry shelves for us and lined our closet with cedar. The work was more challenging than a standard job mounting shelves because we were using raw cedar slabs which were thick and required more labor and expertise than the usual prefabricated shelving. They did a wonderful job, are kind and helpful and leave the job site neat and clean. I would not hesitate to work with Oscar again in a heartbeat!
We asked Oscar to help us remodel our condo and from the get-go, we realised that we made the right choice. Oscar was very patient, and understanding and went above and beyond to ensure that our home looked great. As we were both newbies, he had very helpful advice on where to buy materials from, and he also pitched in with things that he thought would enhance our aesthetic. For instance, we bought a kitchen backsplash tile that had to be special ordered and Oscar got us an accent end for our backsplash that complemented the tile perfectly. I could go on and on. The project took about four weeks from start to finish and I don't remember feeling any anxiety about it at all. Oscar has this way of putting your mind at easy. At the end, the work was exemplary and our condo looks like a million dollars! I will recommend Oscar's services for anyone who asks. Oscar and his team were highly recommended from a friend who is a GC. He did a complete gut remodel of our primary bathroom including complete revision of shower, faucet, and toilet plumbing, including conversion of wall hung toilet. He also replaced our electrical panel and installed an electric fireplace. I found Oscar extremely responsive to my questions, at all hours. He was extremely good natured and flexible about inevitable delays of fixtures/materials. His work ethic was impeccable and we couldn't be happier with the result. Oscar did a great job remodeling our bathrooms! He was very easy to work with when (inevitably) things went a little wrong. He was also willing to take on this "small" job when others would not. Definitely would recommend.
