Paragon did an outstanding job replacing the roof on our house. Their estimate was detailed, transparent, and competitively priced, while several of their competitors' proposals were vague on important details that could have resulted in unexpected extra charges. Their crew was organized, efficient, clean, and respectful of our property throughout the project. Zach personally supervised the work and stopped by every day to ensure everything was progressing according to plan and to answer any questions we had. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I highly recommend Paragon Roofing.
Paragon Roofing handled our roof and downspout replacement in Palo Alto smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, the crew worked efficiently, and the final result looks great. They also made sure to clean up well after the job. Overall, a reliable company that delivers quality work—I’d recommend them.
We had our roof replaced this year and the Paragon team did a great job. Zack came out to do an initial assessment after we noticed a leak in our 18 year old roof and he pointed out areas where patchwork on the roof had already been done by a handyman, so he recommended a full roof replacement rather than another patch job. He said the work would take 4 days and the team finished in 3. We had a minor aesthetic issue with the roof edge flashing but Zack worked with us to make it right. We did a full roof deck for the full roof warranty, asphalt shingles, and gutter replacement.
We recently had our office roof replaced by Paragon Roofing in San Francisco, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the start, they provided a clear and realistic timeline—and most importantly, they stuck to it. In a city where delays often feel inevitable, Paragon was a breath of fresh air. The quality of the work is excellent, and the site was left spotless when they were done. If you're looking for a reliable roofing company that delivers on their promises, Paragon Roofing is the one to call. Highly recommended!
