Planchon just installed a new roof for me and it was a flawless experience. They are a family owned roofing company that’s been in business for 75 years. Roof replacement was done in a day, and looks fantastic. Trustworthy, reliable and excellent communicators.
I need a new roof on my house and I was a little intimidated by the whole process. I reached out to three different roofing contractors and Damon Planchon personally came out to talk to me about the aspects of the whole job. I end up going with Planchon roofing to do the job on three important criteria, the attention to detail the communication to the whole process, put me and my family at ease, and they were the lowest price so if you need any roofing projects done, I would highly advise to call Planchon roofing Cause you come as a customer and you leave as a friend when you’re done with them.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service for Over Three Decades I've been a loyal customer of Planchon Roofing for over 35 years, and I can confidently say they are the gold standard in the roofing industry. As a property manager overseeing multiple buildings,, I've relied on Doug, Russell, and their incredible crew for dozens of repairs annually and several complete roof replacements each year. Their consistency and quality have never wavered. What sets Planchon Roofing apart is their genuine commitment to excellence. This is a true family business—founded by Paul Planchon in 1949 and now expertly run by his sons—and you can feel that integrity in every interaction. Their crew has been with them for years, and it shows in their workmanship and professionalism. Over the decades, they've handled everything from emergency leak repairs to complex full roof installations, and I've never been disappointed. Their estimates are fair, their work is meticulous, and they stand behind every job. They don't cut corners, and they don't consider a project complete until you're 100% satisfied. The fact that they've maintained an A+ BBB rating since 1971 and earned a BuildZoom score in the top 1% of California contractors speaks volumes. But what matters most to me is the peace of mind knowing that when I call Planchon Roofing, the job will be done right—the first time, every time. If you need roofing work done in the East Bay, don't waste time shopping around. Planchon Roofing has earned their stellar reputation through 76 years of honest, quality work. Highly recommended!
