Sam was the company representative and quoted my roof. We have a 2,000 sqft roof and they worked with me and reduced their cost from $16,700 to $15,950.00. We accepted their bid over 2 other contractors and Sam was right in the middle of Pricing. I chose Sam over the others, because Sam was very professional. He said the project would take 2-4 days due to inspection clearances and it took only 2 days. The roof looks great and his crew worked hard. The city inspector said he knows this company and it’s crew and told me they are good and I don’t have to worry about their work. It passed both inspections and I am very happy. Our initial meeting with Leo went smoothly. He explained their process along with photos of some of their jobs. Our job started earlier than was planned and it took only 2 days. The roofers worked diligently and left our products cleaned up when they left for the day. Platinum has a very conscientious and personable staff. Thanks for a job well done.
These guys are great! My roof was ~45 years old with lots of leaks. They were able to save most of the tile and reuse them; they put down plywood boards to cover the aging shiplap to make it even more waterproof, plus they cleaned out the attic space and replaced the insulation. Awesome job!
