Recommended by a friend, and I also had a good experience with them. Worked with Danny who does a VERY thorough inspection and provides a detailed Scope of Work + close up photos in Dropbox. The roofing team arrived on time, did excellent workmanship, and cleaned up after themselves really well. The owner Ivan also came by during and after the work for a quick inspection. Extremely happy with the quality and service from the entire team.
We had a 23-year-old asphalt shingle roof that started to shed its surface granules, grow moss and spring a leak. Roofing Solutions came highly recommended. When I called, I spoke with the owner, Ivan Maldonado. He inspected our roof and determined that it was time to replace it. Ivan returned with color samples and provided a reasonable quote for Landmark Solaris PRO shingles. I approved, and he sent in his team. They completed the work in three days, taking care not to damage the house, and cleaned up all the debris. Thanks to Ivan, we now have a brand new, great-looking roof that weathered its first rain without incident. I can verify that Roofing Solutions earned its high recommendation!

Replacing our 30-year-old roof was the biggest project we have ever undertaken, and certainly the biggest $$$ outlay for us. I did quite a bit of due-diligence and went with the team at Roofing Solutions. They came in right away, provided us with a competitive quote. Offered us several suggestions on materials/design and the team did an excellent job replacing/fixing the entire roof, including gutters - in fact several of our neighbors also spoke with Ivan once they started working on our roof and I believe they will also be choosing Ivan and the team at Roofing Solutions. I had a great experience with Roofing solutions to install a new tile roof. I have interviewed many roofers and Ivan stands out because of his honesty, professionalism, and good communication. His estimate was very clear, detailed and competitive in pricing, and he also gave me a range of potential added cost (i.e. dry rot). For a big project like reroofing, the least thing you want is the hidden cost or a surprise after work begins. Ivan was great to keep everything upfront in his estimate and it turned out the final dry rot replacement cost is at the lower end of his estimated range. During the rain delay time, he kept me updated of the expected start time and reached out to the vendor many times to confirm we are getting the specified underlayment and tile design that we want. Once the installation starts, his team was very efficient and took great care of the installation and answered all our questions and concerns from start to finish. Since we are going to install solar panel later, his team is willing to change the location of our existing venting and plumbing pipes. The quality of their work is excellent, the tiles and gutter look amazing now. What made me thrilled working with Ivan is that he has a strong sense of customer service and is willing to go above and beyond. He is always responsive and able to address any concerns. After the solar company installed solar panels on my new roof, he offered to come back to inspect the roof and replaced some broken tiles caused by the solar panel installation. I really appreciate it since it was not his job, and he did it anyway even free of charge. This meant a lot as it shows how he is customer oriented. I wish his business goes well and would recommend him to anyone who needs reroofing.
