We recently had our entire roof replaced by Premier Roofing & Retrofit, and I can confidently say this was one of the best contractor experiences we've had. Before making our decision, we received estimates from several roofing companies. After carefully comparing them, we chose Premier Roofing & Retrofit because of their professionalism, excellent communication, high-quality materials, fair pricing, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. From the very beginning, Nick took care of us throughout the entire project, making it completely stress-free. Communication was exceptional at all times, as they kept us informed of every step of the way, answered every question promptly, and made sure we were comfortable with every decision. One thing that really stood out was Premier's commitment to using high-quality materials. Knowing that premium products were being used gave us complete confidence that our new roof was built to last for a very long time. The new roof looks absolutely beautiful, we really like the Amber color of the shingles, and every detail was completed with professionalism and precision. In addition to replacing the roof, they also installed new gutters in our flat roof section, closed off unwanted downspouts, and redirected the water flow out towards the front of the house to provide relief for the foundations around the house. The crew worked efficiently, respected our home, kept the job site clean every day, and paid close attention to every detail. From the roof installation to the gutter replacement, everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Again, a big thank you to Nick and his crew for taking such great care of us throughout the project. Their professionalism, honesty, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set Premier Roofing & Retrofit apart from other roofing companies. If you're looking for a roofing company that offers reasonable pricing, premium materials, exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding communication, and first-class customer service, look no further than Premier Roofing & Retrofit. They have earned the 5 stars. We would recommend them without hesitation to other folks looking to replace their roofs.

We hired Premier Roofing & Retro-Fit to reroof our mobile home. Our experience with Premier Roofing was amazing. From the initial consultation, through the work, to the final inspection, Nick and the crew were amazing and professional. During the initial consultation, Nick not only showed us all our options, but he also laid out all the company’s certifications, so we knew we were talking to a reputable company. I was very impressed with how the crew handled the work each day they were here. The crew was very polite and professional. After each workday, the crew thoroughly cleaned up all the debris and trash. We are very happy with their workman and now feel like we have the best roof in our Mobile Home community. Overall, our experience was great. Talking with Nick, we learned that Premier Roofing & Retro-Fit also do other house projects such as flooring.
