Prime Edge Roofing

We chose this roofing company after my wife had a great roof replacement experience with them before. We set up a consultation with Chris, and the meeting was very helpful, so we moved forward with a full replacement of our old asphalt shingle roof with a lightweight stone-coated steel roofing system. We also had the wood fascia boards replaced as part of the project. The crew was able to begin sooner than expected, which was a nice bonus. The roofing work was finished on schedule and stayed within our budget. Eddie, the project manager, was on site most days, kept everything organized, and made sure the job moved smoothly from tear-off to final installation. I am very detail-oriented, and Eddie handled every request professionally and completed several extra items without adding unexpected costs. The finished roof looks excellent and has really improved the overall appearance of our home. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results. The workmanship, communication, and professionalism throughout the roofing project were outstanding. Chris and Eddie did a fantastic job, and we would gladly recommend this roofing team to friends and coworkers. Eddie deserves a lot of credit for making sure everything was done right and that we were completely satisfied with the completed roof.

i cannot say enough good things about our experience with this roofing team. We had our full roof and gutter system replaced during the warmer season after noticing a few roof leaks and poor drainage near the downspouts. We also asked for several estimates in Brisbane, and this crew was not only the most affordable, but also the most knowledgeable and thorough about roofing materials, flashing, ventilation, and gutter flow. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, there was clear and steady communication throughout the whole project. chris explained each step in simple terms, answered our questions, and made sure we understood the scope of work before the tear-off and installation began. We were really impressed by how much the crew got done in just two days on our home. eddie and the rest of the team were professional, respectful, and efficient the entire time. Every worker we spoke with was polite and careful, and they even set up protective barriers around my wildflower garden while replacing the shingles and gutters. That extra attention showed they truly care about both the roof and the property around it. axel also made sure the work area stayed organized and clean, which made the whole roofing process much less stressful for us. They made this as smooth and positive as possible from beginning to end, and the finished roof looks great and performs well. i highly recommend them for roofing, gutters, and other exterior home work, and we would gladly use them again.

I’m very satisfied with the roofing work and would gladly use them again for any future roof or gutter needs. The new roof and gutter guards look excellent, and the crew did a solid job from start to finish. They were polite, professional, and respectful to my family while working around the house. Since the installation, we have not had any water getting into the home, which was our main concern, and the cleanup was very thorough. We have not found stray nails or leftover debris, which shows the roofing team took care to leave the property clean and safe. We compared several estimates, and while this company was not the lowest price, the cost was still very reasonable for the quality of materials, workmanship, and the strong transferable warranty they offered. That gave us extra confidence that we were making the right choice for a long-term roofing solution. Like with many home improvement projects, a few small details came up during the process, but everything was handled quickly and professionally. Communication was helpful, the scheduling was worked out smoothly, and the crew stayed focused on getting the roofing and gutter work completed the right way. There was also a small adjustment related to the gutter installation, and that was resolved without any trouble. Overall, we are very happy with the results. The roof looks great, the gutters are working well, and the whole experience left us feeling confident in the quality of the work and the service we received.

Prime Edge Roofing was so easy to work with from start to finish. From the first roof consultation with jonathan, i felt comfortable and informed. he took time to answer all my questions, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and went above and beyond with customer service. Because of our budget, we started with the gutters, soffit, and eaves before moving forward with the full roof replacement. Later, when a tree branch punctured the roof, jonathan came out and handled the repair personally. he also helped when a ridge vent came loose, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. When the new roof was finally completed, it looked amazing and really improved our home in Brisbane. The crew worked efficiently, kept the property very clean, and communicated clearly the whole way through, especially when they found more damaged wood than expected during the tear-off. They made the entire roofing project feel manageable for our fixer-upper, and the workmanship on the shingles, ventilation, and detail work was excellent. i highly recommend them for roofing and related exterior work.

Wow! this was by far the most professional roofing team we have worked with in years. Their service is top tier. First, jonathan completed a detailed roof inspection and checked every area with care. Then he walked us through the entire roofing process step by step, keeping us updated and speaking with the insurance adjuster for us, which made everything feel easy on our end. The communication was clear, the workmanship was strong, and the whole project was handled with real skill. They explained the roofing materials, the repair plan, and the gutter work in simple terms so we always knew what was happening. Our new roof looks perfect, the gutters came out great, and the cleanup was just as impressive. To make it even better, they helped work with our insurance company and got it all covered. From start to finish, this roofing crew deserves 6 stars. We are extremely happy with the final result and would recommend them to anyone needing roof and gutter service.
