Quick fix on the roof leak.
Hassan Masseyin the last week
The flat roof installation took about a week, which seemed reasonable for the job size, though communication about progress updates could have been clearer. Overall, I'm happy with the results and appreciate the quality of the work done.

The quote for the emergency roof patch was fair, and the coordination with building management was handled efficiently to ensure the work could start promptly. The repair team arrived on time and completed the job with minimal disruption.

The problem was primarily a clogged and poorly aligned gutter system, which they were able to address by installing new gutters that have worked well so far. While I had reservations due to past experiences, their professional approach during this project showed a notable improvement in quality and reliability.

The emergency roof patch took about three hours to complete, which was reasonable given the size of the leak, but communication could have been clearer regarding arrival times. Overall, I was pleased with the efficiency and quality of the repair itself.
