Steve at Quality Roofing truly came through for us when we needed it most. After we fired another roofing company due to dishonest behavior and were left mid-project with an exposed roof, Steve was the only roofer willing to come out—initially just to advise us on whether what we were being told was truthful and to offer guidance. He took the time to walk me through our options, helped me navigate exiting the prior contract, and then stepped in to take over the project quickly and seamlessly. From start to finish, he was honest, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. Quality Roofing did excellent work and turned a very stressful situation into a smooth, well-managed experience. I’m deeply grateful for Steve’s integrity and willingness to help when nothing was expected in return, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing roofing work.
