We had a rain gutter that was pulling away from the house due to the high winds we’ve had the last few days. Edgar too a look and said it’s an easy fix. Edgar did a great job repairing the roof storm damage for my house. He took a lot of pictures showing the problem and the work progress. It helped me a lot as I wasn't able to be present during his work. Edgar also went extra mile and fixed a loose gutter and cleared clogged downspout that was not part of the roof leak estimate. I appreciate it!
Edgar did an excellent job on our roof. He removed the old roof and replaced it with a new one in a timely manner, at a very fair price. The work looks great and amazing quality. Called and made an appointment, they were very professional and knew exactly what was going on with my roof. Couldn’t be happier with the repair and have chosen Quality Roofing Service, Inc, I will definitely be calling them back for future services and recommending them to anyone needing roofing services.
I had an AC/HVAC system installed through Jazz plumbing and air conditioning company. Because of the complexity of the installment process they had to go through the gutter lines to insert the wirings and out on the other side of the house breaking the 2nd gutter line for the AC wirings to reach the garage. The system works great but now I have broken gutters with holes where the water drips. I was told by Jazz that they will send someone to fix the gutters. Days passed and no one came or called. The rain was coming and I have leak points that is waiting to create water damage. At that point I was beginning to panic when the office was ignoring my calls despite of multiple messages. It was really hard to get through to get that taken care of and I felt that they didn’t know how to handle the situation they put me in. I began to make calls and I was lucky to come across Edgar at QUALITY ROOFING SERVICES, Inc. He was leaving on vacation but he understood the urgency of my situation. He immediately sent one of his workers to cover the leak points on the gutter lines just to get it through the coming rainy days. Jazz came a few days later and weather proofed the leak points but they don’t do gutters. QUALITY ROOFING SERVICES, Inc. artistically created a gutter accommodating the wiring covers. No job was impossible, they are very good at what they do no matter what the obstacles may be. I will forever do business with Edgar at Quality Roofing Services, Inc. because he and his workers genuinely cares. Edgar is a wonderful person that really cares.
