updated review: robert honored the warranty, and after a short communication delay, he sent his roofing crew out again to track down the leak. they came back two more times to inspect the metal roof system, check the flashing, and make sure the problem area was fully handled. on the second return visit, they reworked the leaking section and a much larger area around it to be safe, which gave me a lot more confidence in the repair. after more rain, the roof stayed dry with no leaks, so i feel sure the issue is fixed. i am very happy with the workmanship, the warranty support, the service, and the crew. robert also gave clear explanations about what likely happened and how they corrected it. i really love my metal roof, and it stands out as one of the nicest roofs around. earlier on, i was concerned when the roof started leaking and the first repair attempts did not fully solve it. however, the team kept working on it, improved the repair process, and ultimately made it right. they took the time to inspect the area more carefully, redo the affected section, and restore my trust in the roof. if you want a roofing company that backs its warranty, follows through, and makes sure a metal roof repair is done properly, this was a very good experience in the end.
