A roofing crew installed our new roof and did a wonderful job. The service and communication were outstanding from start to finish. elias and harold were very responsive, easy to reach, and focused on making sure we got the best roofing work possible. They took time to explain the shingle installation, roof ventilation, and cleanup process in simple terms, which made everything feel smooth and stress free. We had a power vent along with a ridge vent on the old roof, and after reviewing the attic airflow they removed the old power vent and let us know they could add a new one later if the ridge vent did not give enough ventilation. keith was also helpful in following up and making sure every part of the roofing project was handled with care. The crew worked efficiently, kept the property neat, and delivered a solid finished roof that looks great and gives us peace of mind. i am very happy with the overall roofing service and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement in Francis Dr Palo Alto.
Pleasant to work with when we needed a full roof replacement and had no insurance help. The roofing crew did great work, stayed efficient, and moved fast to get us scheduled because of active leaks. Raymond was easy to work with, kept customer satisfaction first, and was very reachable by phone even with a busy schedule. There was one small issue after the new roof was installed when some flashing was put on in a bright silver color that stood out too much against the house. The team came back promptly, replaced it with black flashing that matched much better, and the finished roof looks great. We really appreciated that they stood behind both the workmanship and the final look of the roof. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we would gladly use this roofing company again.
Ravexa Repair Roofing handled a full shingle tear-off and new roof installation at my home, and they also replaced part of the metal roofing on the back section. The crew showed up right on schedule and came fully prepared, so they were able to finish a steep, tricky roofing job in only a few days. They replaced a good amount of damaged roof decking, carefully worked around a skylight, and even moved the solar hot water system out of the way before putting it back properly, which made the whole process much easier for me. The roof work was done with real skill and attention to detail, and the cleanup was solid too. The pricing felt fair for the amount of labor and materials involved. I’m very confident recommending them for shingle roofing, metal roof repair, and full re-roofing work.
They replaced the roof, siding, gutters, and leaf guards on my previous home, and the work held up great over time. When I sold the house, everything passed inspection with no roof repairs or exterior fixes needed. After moving into a new home, they were the first roofing company I called to add new leaf guards. Even after all that time, they still remembered me and scheduled the job quickly. Keith was great to work with, and the installation was done on time with solid workmanship. Their pricing was better than online options, and the quality of the roofing and gutter work was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof, gutter, or leaf guard services.
We hired Miguel and his roofing crew for a full roof replacement on our older home in Francis Dr Palo Alto. The existing roof had been through years of sun, wind, and rain, and it was time for a complete update. They found that the roof deck needed all new plywood because the old structure was shiplap, along with new shingles. Miguel did a very thorough roof inspection, even going into the hot attic space, so the estimate was clear, fair, and accurate from the start. Because he checked everything carefully, there were no surprise issues once the roofing work began, which really matters on an older house. The crew worked efficiently, stayed on schedule, kept the jobsite organized, and finished the roof within the timeline we were given. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Miguel explained the roofing process, materials, and each step of the project in simple terms, which gave us a lot of confidence. The finished roof looks great, feels solid, and gave us real peace of mind knowing our home is now better protected.
