Commercial property adjacent to mine used this company to re-reroof. The back of the commercial property is right on the property line, so the roofers were working right over my backyard, as well as that of my neighbor. I have worked hard to clean up my yard and start an organic food garden, and these guys knocked old, gross roofing crap into my food crop planters and yard. They also used leaf blowers on the roof to blow the crap off. When I called them about it, the woman that I spoke with acted like it was no big deal, and said they'd clean up their debris when done. She seemed to think it was funny that i was concerned about all that crap on my food plants. They clearly didn't take it seriously, as evidenced by more debris in my yard the following day. They knocked a big chunk of rubber material into my neighbor's yard, and some of the workers smoked cigarettes while working, which only added to the nasty stench and smokey pall that lasted 4 days. Since when is it legal to smoke on a job site? In my county there is an ordinance prohibiting smoking within 25 feet of a residential window or entrance and they were literally 3 feet from the window of my ADU, which already stunk of tar. I ended up installing a security cam in case they dropped anything more into my yard or caused other damage. If you want to piss off your neighbors and risk a negligence lawsuit, this may be the right company for you.
They came to do the rooftop where my father has a shop. They were very professional and very friendly and did great work. They even cleaned the buildings after they were done. I would highly recommend this company to do your roof top. The crew were nice and respectful people.
