Had our 20 year old roof replaced along with some work on siding, Ramon and Crew did an outstanding job. They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves, took care of everything, inspections, New gutters make the house look new, no surprises, did not need to be there to oversee their work. Blanca took care of things from the administrative end and was very clear with their very fair work order. They don't need to do a lot of advertising mainly because of the quality of their work speaks for themselves. Highly recommend them.
Very disappointing experience. Last year I paid this company a bunch of money--more than I expected--to replace about 10 broken ceramic tiles. Fast forward 18 months, my roof started to leak and it was coming through a bathroom ceiling. I called Ramon (I think he's the proprietor) on his cell. He asked me to text him a picture of my roof so he could see about replacement tiles. Now it is a week later and after five phone calls to the office and multiple promises from the office manager, Blanca, I have never heard another peep from Ramon. Meanwhile my roof has continued to leak and I finally realized I needed to find another roofer who does ceramic tiles. Not easy around here. I am beginning to wonder if Ramon never responded because he did not properly complete the work he handsomely charged me for last year.
DO NOT USE!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! I called in for emergency roof leak repair, and was led to believe that the work would be completed by Friday. At the end of the day on Thursday I called to confirm the work would be done and they cancelled the appointment and tried to reschedule for two weeks later!! They will charge you emergency pricing but put no effort into the emergency they are charging you for. CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE!!
