I can’t review his roofing skills because he ghosted me. He came out and said he would get a bid back to me for my roof and skylight replacement. I patiently called several times. His receptionist was kind and apologetic but over several months I recieved no response, no bid, no call.

We’re so glad we chose Rhino for our roof replacement. Chris explained everything clearly, and the work was completed without a hitch.

I hate to leave this review because I really wanted to love this company. Im giving them an extra star for them offering the absolute best price but the communication was an issue from the very beginning and just got worse. Most of the initial issues were just failing to follow through. I understood it was late spring and they were probably swamped. At one point we were asked to choose our shingle color with a link to the wrong type of shingles and I had to point out the ones specified in our contract. No biggy. They ultimately repaired our roof but we were told the skylights were on back order a few weeks. No problem. A few weeks passed, so i reached out to them and, at first, they would at least respond with "I'll get back to you" or a new timeline. After months of this they just dropped off the face of the earth. My texts and voicemails were ignored. I feel like a message or text explaining they were never going to do the skylights isnt much to ask considering we had a signed contract. I finally took the hint. I also noted belatedly that our contract called for skylights that were severely mismeasured. We didnt lose any money because we weren't asked to pay for the skylights in advance but we did lose months and a lot of wasted energy chasing them for updates to just ultimately be ignored. I hope the roof was done well but only time will tell. The contract called for adding vents but i have no idea if that was done. Again, they were the most affordable option and very local to me. The actual workers were timely and cleaned up after themselves.
