From the first consultations with Chase, sales manager, about shingles choices and scheduling, to the excellent workmanship installing the roof, to the last inspection to see if everything had been left spotless, all interactions ran smoothly. The work was done more than timely (a couple of days early) and very professionally. Their customer service is outstanding: everyone I interacted with was courteous and friendly.
