Roof Doctors

I have Roof Warranty from roof doctors and the time I called for a roof leak they advise me the inspection is 9 days out. What is the point of paying for Roof Warranty and not have someone attend to a leak the next day. More damage will be done from the leak to my home which Roof doctor will want to make money off me. It’s just their way of making money!!

I found Roof Doctors from Google and called them right away. I thought I would use them for my roof inspection because the new house we bought have sign of damage walls. But they refused to provide their services because of my real estate agent. What a joke! The customer service said that because too many client from my realtor just used the Roof Doctors for the free inspection. Which, in my opinion, the Roof Doctors use good marketing that can attract customers because they offered free inspection In this competitive roofing business, and a good thing that there are realtors referring to their business. If they find something wrong with their roof, then they would fix the roof but if not, then nothing to lose for both ends. By refusing to provide the service because of the name of the realtor, you will never get potential customers from that realtor forever! And yes, I won’t use or recommend Roof Doctors to other people! Good luck with your business!
