Roof Flow Novato Roof Repair

We recently called Roof Flow Novato Roof Repair after finding a major mold problem in our attic that was tied to the roof decking. A previous owner had painted over the mold, so we did not know it was there until the paint started peeling and the moisture issue became obvious. Since the mold was sealed under paint, simple treatment was not the right fix, and we needed a full roofing repair with replacement of the damaged plywood sheathing across the roof. Their metal roofing crew handled the job with real skill. They carefully removed the entire metal roof, replaced the bad plywood, checked the roof structure, and reinstalled the metal roofing in less than four days. It is a large, steep roof, so we were very impressed with how smoothly and efficiently everything moved. The crew kept the work area organized, communicated clearly, and made the whole roof repair process much less stressful than we expected. What surprised us even more was the price. The total cost came in at less than half of what we thought this kind of major roofing and sheathing replacement would be. The quality of the workmanship, speed, and value were all excellent. The only small issue was that the online payment did not go through, and the office was unavailable when we tried to drop off a check, which honestly just made us laugh because that was the only challenge we had. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we are extremely happy with the roof work.

Roof Flow Novato Roof Repair did an outstanding job on our large and complex roofing project. Isaiah, the project manager, stayed in touch the whole time, answered my calls, and handled every question and concern right away. The entire process felt smooth, organized, and stress free from the first estimate through final completion. The scope of work was extensive and included roofing related exterior improvements such as gutters, downspouts, soffit, gutter guards, trim, siding panels, and window casing, and everything was completed with great care and solid craftsmanship. The crew was professional, courteous, and clearly knew their trade. It was very reassuring to work with a team that paid close attention to detail and kept the job moving on schedule. From the first phone call to the office staff to the final walkthrough, the customer service was excellent. The communication, workmanship, value, and professionalism were all top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone in Novato looking for dependable roofing and exterior repair work.

Right after a storm in Novato, Roof Flow Novato Roof Repair came out quickly to inspect my roof and gave me a clear, detailed, and fair quote. Sebastian and the crew did excellent roofing work and shared before-and-after photos so I could see the repairs and the full condition of the roof. They also helped me upgrade to a 30-year roofing system while keeping the project within my budget, which made the whole process much easier. Since I was not familiar with local contractors in the area, it was especially helpful that they also arranged a gutter and downspout replacement quote through a subcontractor. The entire experience felt organized and professional from the roof inspection to the final cleanup. The workmanship, communication, and attention to detail really stood out, and the office staff was also very helpful and easy to work with. I was very impressed with the overall service and would gladly use them again for future roofing needs.

They checked every box for a great roofing company. We had our roof replaced with new shingles, flashing, vents, and other roofing materials, and the whole experience went smoothly from start to finish. First, communication was excellent. Sebastian responded to texts very quickly and kept us updated at every step. They also reviewed all the details ahead of the job to make sure everything was ready for install day. When they noticed a few materials were missing before the scheduled work, they handled it right away so there would be no delays. The crew was professional, polite, and easy to work with the entire time. They were thoughtful during the project too, even making sure we had a clear path when we needed to leave the house while the roofing work was in progress. The speed of the job was impressive. Several roofing contractors told us it would likely take two days because of the size of the roof, but this crew finished the tear-off and replacement in less than a day without cutting corners. They arrived early, set tarps, protected the property, and had everything prepped and ready to go by the morning. Cleanup was also far better than expected. They did a very thorough sweep of the yard and work areas, and it was clear they took pride in leaving the property neat. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free roofing experience, and the house looks refreshed and almost brand new. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Novato needing roof work.

i highly recommend Roof Flow Novato Roof Repair for roofing work. isaiah was honest, professional, and took real pride in the job from start to finish. He explained each part of the roof repair and gutter installation in simple terms, answered my questions, and made sure i understood what was needed and what was not. There was no pressure to buy extra services, just clear advice and solid roofing knowledge. I first called for an urgent roof repair after storm damage, and later had new gutters installed. Both jobs were handled smoothly, with fair pricing, quality materials, and strong attention to detail. The crew showed up on time, worked carefully, and left the area clean when they were done. It is clear they care about customer satisfaction and long-lasting results, especially for homes in Novato where roofs and drainage need to hold up well through changing weather. I was very pleased with the full experience and would gladly call again for any future roofing needs.
