Leaving this review in 2 places so everyone gets a chance to see it. It’s been just about 10 years since these folks did my roof. Roof is still doing great after 10 years and just had them back to take a look. I emailed them and they called back in 5 minutes (I had to look back at this to confirm because it was so fast)…and they showed up at my house 5 minutes after that. Not sure I’ve ever expected or experienced that speed of service with any vendor. Anyway, still super friendly and helpful, still exceeding my expectations, and, once again, 10 years later still highly recommend.
Erast (ED) is not just a roofing expert, but more importantly, a great human being. He personally came out to evaluate my roof and provided a level of transparency that is rare in this industry. He spent a significant amount of time thoroughly examining every potential intrusion point where water could get in. Rather than pushing for a total overhaul, he recommended practical fixes I could try myself before even considering a full roof replacement. While most roofers immediately jump to the most expensive option, Ed’s priority was clearly my best interest and the health of my home. It’s clear that Eco Smart Roofer operates with a "people-first" philosophy. If you want an honest, tech-savvy, and professional assessment of your roof, look no further. I’d give him a 6-star rating if I could!
Eco Smart Roofer!! I was looking for a roofing company for quite a long time and was having a hard time to trust a company. Some companies are good but it takes them forever to answer and schedule with you. Or they have unreasonable pricing. Some companies have good customer service but low quality. Finally I found Eco Smart. They respond very quickly and never hesitated to answer to all of my questions. Service is 100 out of 100!! Our roof now looks fantastic and they did a really quick job. I have knowledge about materials and they definitely use highest quality materials as well!! Definitely recommended! Professional team, professional service, professional results!! Thank you 🙏
This year we bought a new house and we didn’t know that our roof was in an awful condition. During the rainy days our roof started to leak the way that we couldn’t sleep in our room, so we needed to repair the roof. We found the Eco Smart Roofer. They really did a great job. They are very organized, working so fast, and with reasonable prices. I am very happy for choosing them. Now our roof has no problem and it withstand all kinds of rains. We had gotten a house about a year ago and definitely noticed roofing damage. Didn't think that after the recent heavy rains that it would start leaking. It was terrible. A friend notified us of Eco Smart Roofer and we called for an estimate. We set up a date and they were so nice. The price was great and employees wonderful. Buying a home is tedious enough, let alone one with roof issues. They made us feel at ease and guaranteed us we'd love it. Once they showed up and we're so nice.. they started and it went by so quickly. The workers were exceptional and timely. The roof ended up surpassing our expectations. Eco Smart Roofer is the best roofing services in the area period! It made us so happy coming home to a new, awesome looking roof. Makes the house look a lot better. Highly recommend company
