I was terrified to get my roof replaced. The cost, headache, time involved and coordination to get solar panels removed. Curtis and the guys at RSI could not have been better. Curtis kept me in the loop at every step of the process. Communication seems to be a lost art these days. That alone was very comforting that they took my business and my home seriously. Tear off was quick. Minor repairs needed were done quickly. New roof was done in a day and looks fantastic and done at a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough about RSI. One call is all you need.
I found the cap of one of my vents on the ground after a strong wind and called Roof Solutions. Curtis came out and replaced it for a reasonable price. He was very professional and knowledgeable and came back later to give me this coffee mug! Would recommend!
I am pleased to write this review in recognition of the excellent service provided during my recent roof replacement project provided by Roof Solutions, Inc. From the initial meeting with Curtis Withnell and his thorough written estimate to the final installation, the company’s team demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout each stage of the project, and completed the work efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized job site. What impressed me most was the team’s work quality and the dedication to customer satisfaction. Curtis took the time to answer my questions, explain the materials and process, and ensure that every concern was addressed promptly. The finished roof looks outstanding and has given me confidence in the long-term protection of my home. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend their roof replacement services to anyone seeking dependable, high-quality roofing work.
