I found the cap of one of my vents on the ground after a strong wind and called Roof Solutions. Curtis came out and replaced it for a reasonable price. He was very professional and knowledgeable and came back later to give me this coffee mug! Would recommend!

I had contacted RSI, threw a GAF warranty claim from another company installing a new roof incorrectly. Curtis was quick, informative, and very helpful from the start. Once the day came for the RSI team to start the re-roof, Tyler made sure to keep me informed on progress, and explained with great detail methods of install, and how it was to be done correctly. Tyler not only answered ALL my questions, but also asked many himself. RSI even went the extra step to prime and paint and replaced wood which was a big deal for me since I had recently just completed painting my whole house. Over all, I was very satisfied and impressed with the workmanship and service Curtis, Tyler and the rest of the RSI team provided.
