Roofing Company Contractors

Doing business with Redwood Roofing Pro was a real pleasure from start to finish. I met with Earl and John after a trusted neighbor referred me, and I could tell right away my roof was in good hands. Earl met with my insurance adjusters, carefully inspected the roof damage, and his findings matched what they saw after their own full inspection. Throughout the roofing job, Earl and John stayed in touch with me, explained each step clearly, and kept me updated the whole way. They installed a beautiful metal roof on my home, and the workmanship looks excellent. They also went above and beyond by helping coordinate qualified subcontractors to remove and reinstall my solar panels safely. After the panels were put back, Earl even had them return to clean off the dust that had collected during the roofing work. The whole team handled the project with honesty, integrity, and great communication. They met my expectations and then exceeded them, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing service.

We had to replace our roof and went with Redwood Roofing Pro after a strong recommendation from a neighbor. The pricing was fair, the roofing work was excellent, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. earl helped us choose the right shingle color, and john checked in during the job to make sure the installation, cleanup, and details were all handled well. After the old materials were removed, they found some plywood sections from a previous roofer that were too thin and not right for a solid roof system. They replaced those areas at no extra cost, which gave us a lot of confidence in the crew and their honesty. The quote also included two high quality skylights, and the difference was noticeable right away. They are well sealed, look great, and even during rain the house stayed surprisingly quiet. avery and the crew answered our questions clearly, kept the job site neat, and made sure everything was done with care. it was a very good experience working with such a skilled and professional roofing team, and we are very happy with the finished roof.

My husband and I first spoke with another roofer that seemed ready to overcharge us because we did not have much time to compare roofing companies. Thankfully, we asked our realtor in Redwood City for a recommendation and ended up calling Redwood Roofing Pro. Earl was very helpful and kept communication clear from start to finish. Avery, our roof inspector, responded quickly, listened to all our concerns about the leak, explained the repair process in simple terms, and gave us a much better quote than we expected. On the repair day, John and the crew did an excellent job. They worked fast, were very friendly, and handled the roof leak repair with real skill and care. At the end, they showed me photos of the work in progress and the completed roofing repair, which gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of the job.

Redwood Roofing Pro, with Avery leading the crew, did an excellent job on my roofing project in Redwood City. As someone who likes to get hands-on and pays close attention to technical details, I appreciated how the team took the time to answer all my roofing questions and explain everything clearly. Besides installing the new roof, they also helped me take care of three extra improvements while they had access to the structure, making the most out of the project. After some strong wind lifted a few shingles, I called Redwood Roofing Pro and spoke with Harrison. He came out right away, checked the roof carefully, and showed me clear photos of the damage. He explained the roof repair options in simple terms, and after the inspection it was clear a full roof replacement was the best fix. The insurance process was straightforward aside from the deductible, which made everything much less stressful. The roofing crew was professional, hardworking, and friendly from start to finish. They worked fast but still paid close attention to the details, and the new shingle roof was completed in about a day and a half. We were able to choose the shingle color, and the finished roof looks great, adds curb appeal, and feels built to last for many years. They also did a solid cleanup when the job was done. I highly recommend them for roof replacement, storm damage inspections, and any roofing work in Redwood City.
