Superior Service with Rapid Speed and Reasonable Price I would give them six stars if possible. That's how good they are. If you can keep up with their speed, you can have everything finished perfectly within 2-3 weeks most likely for a roof replacement project from the moment you call for an appointment, depending on your house size and the specific type of roof materials you look for. The team also pays attention to small details, such as that every day after work they go around the house to clean all the nails and debris that may fall during the work as well as all the dirty marks that left during the day. We worked with the same person as our sales and project manager, Amit. He is a very nice and patient person, always takes times to explain all the details and provides all the updates in a timely manner. Amit also makes sure that we are 110% happy with everything and always asks us if there are anything else we need them to do. He helped us to straight out our pain-in-ass HOA approval, patched up some paint issues he saw on the top of the house for free, and provide us a complete inspection report for our old roof, which had serious quality issues from the builder. In conclusion, we are really happy with Rooflow's work. We will work with them again if we ever need roof work again.

EXCEPTIONAL PROMPT SERVICE DURING EMERGENCY We came home to water leaking from our roof into our ceiling during an atmospheric river—just four days before Christmas. It was incredibly stressful, but Rooflow responded immediately and came out the very next morning to assess the situation. They used a drone to inspect the roof, thoroughly checked the interior damage, and inspected the rest of the ceilings in the house. They installed emergency tarping right away, which gave us peace of mind during continued rain. From start to finish, they were professional, clear, and transparent. The quote was detailed and clearly itemized, the payment schedule was explained upfront, and there were no surprises. They took the time to explain exactly why the roof was leaking and what caused the damage.
