We recently needed roof repairs after discovering a leak during the rainy season and obtained estimates from two roofing companies. Because Roofmasters is based in Suisun City and we're located in Sacramento, I was initially concerned about response time and scheduling. I also had a larger roofing company that I've seen frequently in our neighborhood come out and provide an estimate. Choosing Roofmasters turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. Not only was their estimate approximately half the price of the larger roofing company, but they provided far more value. While conducting their estimate, Roofmasters performed a thorough roof inspection and identified several additional issues that needed attention. Some of these problems could have become very costly if left undiscovered. What really stood out was that the other company either didn't perform the same level of inspection or simply didn't take the time to identify these issues. Their estimate addressed the obvious leak, but Roofmasters looked at the overall condition of the roof and helped us prevent future problems. In the end, we had our leak repaired, completed additional preventative maintenance, and still paid significantly less than the competing estimate. We recently hired RoofMasters for a major roofing project at our home, and we couldn't be more impressed with their work and professionalism. From the start, our main contact Johnathon was responsive and easy to work with, and the foreman Matt focused on timing and quality, and made sure we knew each day when they were going to lunch or finished for the day. That kind of communication gave us a lot of peace of mind during the project. After the main job was completed, we did a walk-around and noticed a few small items we wanted to follow up on. Without hesitation, Johnathon sent Justin to review their work to ensure everything in our contract was covered and sent a couple of crew members back out very quickly to address everything on our list. Not only did they take care of each detail, but they also went above and beyond by catching something on the shed roof that we hadn't noticed. Where the seam of the tar paper came together, they carefully covered it with cement and sand so the seam would disappear -- a small but thoughtful step that showed just how much pride they take in their work. We had received multiple bids for this project ranging from just a few thousand dollars up to nearly $60,000 for a complete roof replacement. RoofMasters offered a fair, reasonable price and delivered excellent quality without the upselling or scare tactics we experienced elsewhere. Each day the crew did a good job cleaning up, and while we did find a few stray nails and screws here and there, it was minimal considering the size of the project. Overall, they left the property in good shape and safe for us to use while the work was ongoing. RoofMasters has earned our trust and our recommendation. Roofmasters was quick to respond to my request for help. The first company I called couldn’t find the leak even with the presence of water stains. I contacted Roofmasters who inspected and then scheduled the repair work to be done. Their estimate was very reasonable and right on the mark. Their work is excellent. I was amazed and appreciative of how clean they left my property. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the following day asking if I was satisfied with their work and if there was anything they could improve. My answer was perfection doesn’t need improvement. I will definitely use them again.

ROOFMASTERS GREAT CHOICE I had to replace my roof account it leaked and caused damage to my living room ceiling. ROOFMASTERS came to the rescue they are one awesome company. They installed Sun Tubes that are such an improvement for my living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Omar and his crew worked tirelessly for four days repairing rotted wood from the mistakes the previous roof installed in 2000. I helped hire Jonathon & the RoofMasters crew on behalf of my close friend who owns a home in Vallejo, but resides out of the country.
