It was a great experience meeting with the Salesperson, Ronnie, from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire roofing process, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. I had an excellent experience working with the Office Manager, Eloisa. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality gave me confidence that my new roof was being installed correctly. The crew was organized, thanks to the Project Managers, Osvaldo and Ramon. The work was completed efficiently, and was managed seamlessly from start to finish. They take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Siding was needed also. The roof and siding needed to be completed by a certain date. They coordinated with the siding company to ensure that the siding was installed first so that the roof would be properly replaced. The entire project was completed on time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality roofing project.

German came to us from Mr. Roofing for an estimate. He arrived in a Tesla SUV. First warning sign. While fussing with the gear on his utility belt he knocked our trellis off it's supports. Second warning sign. When we finished the walk thru I asked when we'd get an estimate. He said he wouldn't provide an estimate until we had other estimates!?? Third warning sign. After getting other estimates I emailed German, but no reply. Things that make you go hmm... Fourth warning sign. Ghosted for 3 weeks. German finally emailed us the day after we signed with another contractor. BTW we know the owner of Mr Roofing, Carlos and his family. Our kids went to the same grammar school and we served on the school's board together. I was really looking forward to giving our business to Carlos. We were 'friends and family.' Disappointed in German and disappointed to not hear a word from Carlos. Things happen for a reason.

Roofing & Gutter Project Feedback Review I visited the guttering and roofing project after completion and overall the work looks great. I truly appreciate the professionalism of your team and the timely response in completing the project. Thank you for your continued support and dedication. There are just a couple of minor observations: • Some of the gutter drainage pipe connections could be welded more securely to ensure long-term durability. • On the skylight area, during heavy rain, water appears to flow down gently along one section. It may benefit from a slight adjustment to improve drainage performance. Aside from these small items, the roofing project has been greatly improved and is now ready for service. The overall workmanship, communication, and coordination throughout the process were excellent. It was a great experience working with your roofing company, and I would confidently recommend your services to other sister churches and organizations based on our positive experience.
