I recently had a new roof installed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. It was a great experience meeting with the Salesperson, Ronnie, from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire roofing process, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. I had an excellent experience working with the Office Manager, Eloisa. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality gave me confidence that my new roof was being installed correctly. The crew was organized, thanks to the Project Managers, Osvaldo and Ramon. The work was completed efficiently, and was managed seamlessly from start to finish. They take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Siding was needed also. The roof and siding needed to be completed by a certain date. They coordinated with the siding company to ensure that the siding was installed first so that the roof would be properly replaced. The entire project was completed on time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality roofing project.
we just had our roof done in San Francisco, and overall had a great experience with the team and work from Mr. Roofing! i had a quote from another, smaller outfit that i thought was high, and Mr. Roofing beat it right up front, plus they were able to do additional related work like repairing siding and adding sun tunnels which the other company wanted me to engage a separate contractor for. from the first meeting with Ronnie discussing the project scope, through asking for some additions and getting German's input on sun tunnels vs skylight, to the onsite crew of Osvaldo, Victor, Jose, and the rest, it was a pleasure working with them! every time i had a question, or if they ran into a hiccup, or even a couple times there were minor issues along they way, they were always super responsive, helpful, and made things right. easily recommended :)
I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Roofing, Inc. throughout my project. Our salesperson, Tim, was exceptionally knowledgeable; he took the time to explain the materials and the installation process in great detail, which really gave me confidence in the quality of the work. The entire team was professional, organized, and stuck to the schedule we agreed upon. They kept the job site clean and safe, and the quality of the finished roof is excellent. I felt the project was handled correctly the first time and provided great value. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality roofing services. This new roof was for a flat roof
The crew at Mr. Roofing was professional, punctual, and skilled from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, kept the work area clean and completed the project on schedule. The quality of work is outstanding. Communication throughout the project was excellent and any questions we had were answered promptly.
Mr.Roofing was the best choice we made to replace our large roof replacement. Entire job, removal and install took a little under a week. We were told our roof size was larger than normal. Keep in mind this is also including the instalation of new gutters.
