San Bruno Roof Repair

Working with Manuel on my roofing project was a great experience. He was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He clearly explained every part of the job, including the roof issues that needed attention. I needed a new roof, new gutters, and a couple of replacement windows, and it was reassuring to have one roofing team handle the full project, including the removal and reinstallation of the solar panels. Each crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job quickly while keeping the property clean. The yard was spotless when they were done. Manuel stayed responsive throughout the project and kept me updated on any roofing concerns they found along the way. The total cost ended up a little higher than I first expected, but that can happen with a large roof replacement and related exterior work. In the end, the home looks fantastic, feels well protected for the hot weather, and the improvements clearly added value. I highly recommend this roofing company.

Thrilled again with the roofing work. I wanted to use this roofer again because of my past good experience, and when a wind storm sent a large tree limb through my newer shingle roof, I had the chance. Emmanuel answered calls and returned messages fast, showed up quickly, got on the roof and into the attic to inspect all the damage, and provided a clear written estimate that worked smoothly for the insurance claim. The whole process was handled well, from scheduling and follow-ups to the actual roof repair. Communication was easy and thoughtful, and Emmanuel had strong knowledge of roofing materials, attic airflow, and repair options. The on-site supervision was experienced, and the crew was careful, skilled, and respectful throughout the job. They protected the property, kept the work area clean, and cleaned up so well it looked like they owned the place. They also found and fixed an older roof ventilation issue while the crew was already up there, which helped restore proper attic airflow and improved the overall roofing system. Everything moved along quickly and smoothly for a fair price. I’m very happy with the service and would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone in San Bruno needing shingle roof repair, storm damage work, or attic ventilation improvements.

i had a great experience with this roofing company and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a new shingle roof. Before the work started, joe was very informative and gave me a well organized folder with the estimate, scope of work, and helpful reference materials. His crew did an excellent job repairing my roof, replacing damaged shingles, and making sure the roofing underlayment was properly handled. One of the crew members even showed me photos of the repaired areas, which gave me extra peace of mind about the workmanship. Their equipment for the job was very impressive, and the whole roofing process felt organized, efficient, and professional from start to finish. After the work was completed, i still had a few questions, and joe came back to my house to go over everything with me and explain the insurance estimate in better detail. That extra follow-up meant a lot and showed strong customer care. this company is awesome, the crew was respectful, the cleanup was thorough, and i would absolutely recommend them for any roofing job.

We had a big hole in our roof that leaked every time it rained, and we finally decided it was time for a full roof replacement. We are so glad we chose San Bruno Roof Repair for the job. Emmanuel led the project, and his customer care was outstanding from the start. He listened to what we needed, explained the roofing process clearly, and made sure the small details were handled right. The roofing crew worked hard, stayed organized, and showed real skill with tear-off, installation, and cleanup. It was impressive to see how efficiently they handled everything, even on warm days. Now that the new roof is on, our home looks completely refreshed, and we feel much more confident knowing it is better protected from future rain and weather.

I have only good things to say about my experience with San Bruno Roof Repair. My project had three parts: roof work, siding, and gutters with downspouts. Each part was handled in a professional way, and every crew showed up on time, was courteous, and worked hard from start to finish. Communication was strong during the whole project, and Emmanuel stayed responsive, organized, and on top of every detail. The office was also easy to reach and quick to answer questions, which made the process smooth and stress free. The finished roof system and exterior work look beautiful, clean, and well done, and everything came out flawless.
