Good company to work with and was very quick to completion. They did a complete overhaul of our leaking chimney along with the roof. The repaired chimney looked good as new, and the exterior paint matched perfectly. Our tenants told us the crew was quiet, polite, and left their work area clean of debris.
Noel and his team were prompt and professional. Great attention to detail and very transparent about anticipated repairs. I own 3 homes In Santa Rosa and was looking for a good roofing company, as some of my homes needed a new roof. I knew nothing about roofing so I got quotes from literally 15 different roofing companies, and Second Generation Roofing came in as the lowest cost. This made me skeptical, but the supervisor that came out was very nice, showed me all the products, that were the same as all the others and they said they could get it done in less than 1 to 2 days. So, I decided to give them a try and I was not disappointed! On the day that we agreed to start the project, they showed up early, got the job done and showed me photos of where we had water damage where wood needed to be replaced. There was always a supervisor on site if I had any questions, which was nice. They ended up doing the entire job in only 1 day. And, when they were done they cleaned up very well, and even came and asked me to go and look around the property to see if they had missed anything, so I did and they had gotten everything. I was very pleased! We had to pay via credit card, which they charged a 3 or 4% (can't remember exactly) charge but I found that all the other companies did as well, some of them charging more. Overall, a great experience. I can't recommend them enough!!! I will definitely be using them again on my other homes that will need a new roof in the near future! I was not asked or paid to write this review. They were just that good. It's sad that mostly people give reviews when they have a bad experience but not when they have a good one. My roof is beautiful and I get compliments from the neighbors who even asked me who I used.
We had our 28-year roof replaced in July by Second Generation and are very happy with the whole process. From Jackie, in the office, to Noel and Freddy who estimated and managed the project, and all the installers, everyone was professional and performed quality work. Of course, wouldn’t you know it the scheduled days were on some of the hottest days this month but they didn’t complain, worked hard and long hours and did a beautiful job. I love our new roof! (We got new gutters and downspouts, too, which look so wonderful!)
The crew was very efficient and out on time. They cleaned up the area around the house and left in orderly manner. The only issue was some debris knocked loose inside when they were removing the prior shingles. I have a new roof and a nice bright new skylight. Im very pleased and would recommend Second Generation to anyone who needs roofing repairs and/or new roof
