Sierra Roofing and Solar

From the very first call—speaking with Gianna and receiving a quote from Chris C—through the finished roof and solar installation, the team at Sierra Roofing and Solar exceeded our expectations. Chris took the time to gather all the information about our old roof and answer all of our questions to make the quote as accurate as possible, even without knowing what would be underneath once the old roof was removed. We also had solar installed at the same time, and Alex was just as knowledgeable and open to our questions. He built a custom solar system that fits our lifestyle and our energy needs. To the crew that came to tear off the old roof and install the new one, we truly can’t say enough positive things. Omar and Daniel led their crew professionally. They arrived on time, were dressed appropriately, and took great care around our property and plants. Each day they walked the entire property to clean up thoroughly and ensure there was no debris that could harm our family or our dog. The solar installation team—Carlos and Francisco—did an outstanding job ensuring the solar panels communicated properly with our battery and PG&E. They listened to our requests about the visible placement of the hardware and piping on our home. They set up the application and made sure we had everything we needed to monitor the system. The finished solar installation looks perfect. Alex also handled the solar paperwork with PG&E, and between Omar, Alex, and Blair, all inspections were completed smoothly with no inconvenience to us. Our final comment is this: Sierra Roofing and Solar genuinely cares about delivering a quality product and standing behind their work. They did a final walkthrough to confirm everything met our satisfaction and encouraged us to call anytime we had questions.

After researching several solar companies and receiving multiple bids, we ultimately chose Sierra Roofing & Solar — and we are very glad we did. Not only did they offer high-quality equipment and strong expertise, but their pricing was highly competitive and well below several of the other bids we received, which immediately caught our attention. Like many homeowners in California, we were trying to get our solar and Enphase backup battery installed before the end-of-2025 rebate deadlines. Sierra was absolutely slammed with new contracts at the time, yet they still worked incredibly hard to try to get us online before the cutoff. Unfortunately Mother Nature had other plans and some inclement weather delayed the final steps, but we genuinely appreciated that the company prioritizes safety for their crews rather than rushing risky work. That actually gave us even more confidence in the company. From the very first conversation through final activation, the entire process was smooth, organized, and professional. Every person we interacted with was knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Francis was our initial point of contact and helped us scope the project and walk through multiple system options and pricing. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while we evaluated what made the most sense for our home. Alex, our lead project manager, was fantastic throughout the process. He was always quick to respond to emails and texts, answered every question we had, and took the time to educate us on how the system works so we felt confident using it. Carlos and Francisco handled the installation and did an outstanding job. They were professional, skilled, and communicative, and the installation itself was impressively efficient and clean. Blair helped bring the system online and walked us through the hardware components and operation once everything was up and running. And behind the scenes, Symone and Gianna in client care and administration kept everything organized and communicated updates promptly, which made the whole process feel seamless. Overall, the experience was excellent from start to finish. High-quality equipment, a skilled team, and outstanding communication every step of the way. We’re extremely happy with our solar and battery system and would absolutely recommend Sierra Roofing & Solar to anyone considering going solar. ⭐

Roof was leaking at my folks place. Initially dealt with Francis. Could immediately tell this was a family run business, that they honored their word, and had pride for their work. Everything felt fair and honest. Then when their team came over to do the work, they were very professional. Glad we went with Sierra Roofing and Solar. Would recommend. Thank you!

Sierra Roofing was excellent to work with. They were very responsive in preparing the estimate and completed the work quickly so we could get our house on the market on time. Their inspection report was detailed and included helpful pictures, along with multiple remediation options at different price points. The team was professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced.

The Sierra Roofing and Solar team, especially Victor and Erick did a fantastic job on our community’s roofing and cleaning project. They were professional, responsive, detail oriented, and easy to work with throughout the process. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the team made sure everything was completed smoothly and on time. We truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing and solar experts.
