Re-roofed most of my house. Team was on time and clean, added 1/2" plywood layer to existing wood substrate from 1950s. Team took 1 day to prep (tarped garage which saved a lot of mess from demo), 4 days of work, finished by Fri afternoon.
I got a number of quotes and I'm glad I went with Signature roofing. William is extremely professional, communicative, and always wants to make sure the job is done right. The crew always cleaned up, were super respectful, and were extremely easy to work with. I didn't have to worry about anything, and I knew I could trust their work and their process.

Signature Roofing did a first class job for me 26 years ago, and they did another first class job last month when they replaced my wood roof with a new composition shingle roof. William Cotter was my Signature Roofing contact and he was responsive and comprehensive in his responses to my questions, providing a quote, advantages or optional roofing tiles to choose from and in coordinating their installation dates. After a competitive bid process, I selected Signature Roofing to reroof my home with heavy wood shakes when I first bought the house 26 years ago. That original Signature roof had another 6 years of life left in it, but I had to replace it last month because my insurance company no longer insures wood roofs. I obtained a quotation from Signature Roofing before the pandemic for a complete replacement of my aged but not leaky roof. I revisited the idea but did not move forward with the job till a few months ago. William Cotter was kept great records of my file. He patiently went through the details of the proposal in a honest and professional manner. My new replacement cost was higher but fair after 5 years of my own delay. The job commenced in June and was completed in about 7 days. The workers were respectful, clean and hard working. William kept the communication open on the progress. We found extra damages on the plywood underlayment after the old roof was torn. William did not hard sell me on the replacement of all the sheets. I am very happy with how the job turned out and thankful for such a hard working crew. Great job!
