In January of 2024 we had two windows replaced as well as new siding on the top floor of our 4 story apartment building. Jimmy and his crew were amazing. They are absolutely professional from the time they put up the scaffolding to the day the removed it. On time daily and work estimated timeframe (even with the onslaught of rain), kept working area safe and clean, took care of the property with no damage to the building and did a beautiful job on the repairs. We were looking for siding contractor since October 2019 and contacted contractors recommended from Yelp and Home Advisor. We interviewed five contractors and we were ready to hire in early June 2020 when Home Advisor scheduled an appointment for another contractor for us which is SkyBlue Builders Inc. We really like the detailed description of the scope of work from SkyBlue Builders. Jimmy, who is the Project Manager, is very responsive, pleasant, and answered all our questions. Jimmy's crew were hard working, prompt, courteous, polite, informative, talented, supportive, provided suggestions, and cleaned up at end of each day. We asked for additional tasks other than the siding project and the crew meticulously completed them and still the entire siding project was completed within the promised time. We are happy of the result and glad that we had SkyBlue did our siding replacement and home remodeling.
I had a really positive experience with SkyBlue. They replaced a section of damaged siding and window frame on our (very old) apartment building in SF. They set up scaffolding and got the job done in a couple days. And they painted it with matching colors. It looks great now. Jimmy the project manager was easy to work with and fast to respond. He was transparent and fair with his quote, and later with a change order and reasons for the change. Definitely recommend reaching out to SkyBlue for a quote.
We hired SkyBlue builders to replace the siding and windows on the front side of our house. Jimmy and his team were a pleasure to work with and the work was completed at a very competitive price. Jimmy came out for a walk-through and provided us a detailed estimate. Jimmy worked with us to identify potential siding types, and connected us with a window provider. Jimmy’s team was polite, hard working and courteous. Unfortunately, when our siding was removed it was clear that additional work was needed to correct termite and other structural issues. Jimmy and the team showed us exactly where those issues were and worked to get that additional work in a timely fashion. Finally, nearing and after completion of the work, Jimmy’s team patiently worked with us to repair small expected damages to our interior walls which resulted from the removal of the old siding. We would definitely use SkyBlue builders again.
SkyBlue did an excellent job on my siding replacement. They're prompt and attentive and gave us quotes for different scopes of work in a very timely fashion. The quality of their work was excellent and they did a fantastic job cleaning up the site at the end of each day. I plan on using them for future projects.
