One of my downspouts came detached at the top from my two-story home and was leaning dangerously over my backyard, held in place only by the bottom attachment, which was also in the process of pulling loose (attached to the house by nails rather than screws, which isn't great). Solano Seamless came out and re-attached the downspount on top AND on the bottom, AND made a mid-point attachment for additional stability, using screws rather than nails so that the downspout will stay in place for many, many years to come. They were polite, clear, did a great job, and agreed to return to do the same (replace nails with screws and add mid-point attachments) to ALL the downspouts on my house to ensure that I don't have any more falling downspouts in my future (seriously, it was scary - it looked as if the detached downspout was ready to fall and hit someone in the head). Their prices were VERY reasonable, and they did the emergency fix for free, which astonished me. I recommend them for any service, repair or installation involving gutters and/or downspouts that you may have. They are total pros, great communicators, and charge very reasonable prices.
Let me begin by saying Solano Seamless does gutter replacement (on-site partial manufacturing) and not just cleaning. I had Frank give me a free price estimate and I had no idea that gutter replacement was well over $1K. He suggested I get some other quotes and I did and he offered me the best price anyway. When Frank was telling me the fundamentals, it was obvious to me they had been in business for a while and had good experience. Accuracy drives speed which drives efficiency and I respect that. On the scheduled day the crew showed up a little early and they were done in about 4 hours. They have their own machine which creates the longest portions of the gutter right at the work location which was interesting. Solano Seamless is a gutter specialist and not just adding a gutter service as part of a larger roofing construction company. Due to the competitive cost I got, they don't offer military discounts but that's fine. A quick and generally easy company to deal with, highly recommended for a specific need.
This company is the best. I needed to have gutters replaced and replaced quickly. (Having the house painted in a few days.) They came out for the free quote on a Wednesday and was back Friday to do the work. They were nice enough to squeeze me into their schedule. The work was done in less than 4 hours (two story home). The work was perfect. The staff was very nice but professional. Price was excellent. If you need work done on your gutters, don't bother calling anyone else. Ask for Frank.
I called Solano Seamless this afternoon for a problem with a section of gutter at the back of my house. I had some house repairs done by another contractor a few months ago, which damaged the gutter. Frank of Solano Seamless called me back within less than 10 minutes and was at my house about 15 minutes later. The gutter needs to be reset/reattached and Frank is coming back tomorrow to do this repair free of charge. I was very pleasantly surprised when Frank offered to do this repair free of charge as it has been more than 10 years since Solano Seamless installed new gutters at my residence, and the current problem was caused by another contractor. I would definitely highly recommend Solano Seamless for any job you need to have done.
I apologize to Frank and his crew for not listing this earlier. After several recommendations and a fair bid I had Solano seamless install new gutters and gutter guards around my home. I will make this short and sweet .... Attention to detail .. work ethic .. friendly respectable crew .. super happy with the price and finish.
