SpradCon Builders remodeled our 1960’s vintage bathroom on time and within budget. Their team is professional and deliver beautiful craftsmanship with keen attention to detail. I used them for a kitchen remodel. From the first contact they were very professional, knowledge and helpful in the entire process. They were always open for input from the customer wants but helpful with guidance in areas I needed more help. They were always on time and left the job site clean (since we were living in the home during this time). The crews were very meticulous with whatever task they were doing during the remodel. At no point during the process did I ever feel like I was left out having a say or taken advantage of (remodel not my area a specialty). I would highly recommend Spradling Construction for any job. We recently hired Spradcon Builders to renovate our master bath and rebuild our deck. The results were even better than we could have imagined. Brian has a way of imagining things in his head and drawing them out, which was really helpful, as it’s hard for me to get a picture in my mind of the final result. He also has the best employees. Several months ago I hired Spradcon to perform foundation, structural, and concrete upgrades to a building that I own in the Sacramento Delta region.
