The team was super polite and professional throughout the project. I was particularly impressed by how clean they left the property every day; it hardly looked like we were under construction. The workers are polite, quick and perform top quality work. They had no problem answering any questions or working with my unique situation. They ran me through the process very effectively and gave many options without pressuring for the highest sell. I would highly recommend them to all family, friends and fellow homeowners.
Kyle has worked for Straight Line Roofing for longer than we had a new roof installed 10 years ago. He helped us again recently repairing our roof after our utility service panel was moved to a new location. Kyle still has the same courteous, enthusiastic energy he had when we first met him. He is professional and listens well to our questions and offers solutions for us to consider. It is obvious Kyle enjoys his work with Straight Line and genuinely cares about a job completed well for the customers under his care. Have nothing but great things to say about Straight Line!! Very professional while they were here doing our roof. They listen to our concerns and wants. Absolutely satisfied with our roof, gutters and down spouts. Had a couple concerns after all was done and they were right on it without issue. If you need a roof, this is your company!!
I discovered Straight Line Roofing & Construction because one of their installer's trucks was in front of my neighbor's house. We called to schedule an appointment with an estimator. They were the 2nd company we were getting roof estimates from. We knew that we had at least one roof tile out of place at the time. The appointment was scheduled but they were very busy so they called back to reschedule a week forward. A wait but not too bad. Kyle, their estimator, came to our house. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and friendliness when explaining the condition of our roof. After he explained the needs for the roof (beyond the 1 tile replacement) and the cost, he also explained their financing options to pay for the work (yes, its a lot of work required). I told him we needed to get one more estimate before we make a decision. But before he left, he offered to repair (reattached and sealed) the one roof tile that I initially showed to him. He offer to do the work at no charge. He said that its an entry point for critters, so he wanted to seal it up for us so we wouldn't have that to worry about going forward. And he did. That type of customer service you rarely, ever see today. I'm still waiting for my 3rd roof company to come and give me my 3rd estimate. But if their thoroughness is not the same as Straight Line and their pricing is higher, then Straight Line will be the roofing contractor for the job. I'm going on the presumption that Kyle's experience, friendliness, and the willingness to go above and beyond the job is a reflection of the company's mission and attitude to its customers and that spills over to its staff.
