Summit Roof Repair

Look no further for roofing help. From the first estimate to the final cleanup, this was the first and last stop for my roof and gutter needs. When Collin came out for the inspection and quote, I knew right away I was choosing this roofing team. He made me feel comfortable, answered my questions clearly, and treated me like family. The whole crew was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. They kept me informed through every stage of the roofing job, explained the materials and process in simple terms, and made everything feel smooth and stress free. It was impressive to watch how efficiently they worked while still giving close attention to every detail, from the tear off to the installation and the gutter finish work. My new roof and gutters look amazing, and the overall workmanship really stands out. The job site was kept neat, the crew was punctual, and the finished result gave my home a clean, updated look that fits well in the warm California climate. I could not be happier with the service, communication, and quality of the work. Hats off to the crew for doing such an excellent job.

I’m all in. Excellent roofing experience from start to finish. They inspected the roof, gave me a fair price, and did not ask for any money upfront. Payment was only expected after the work was completed to my satisfaction. They also walked me through several shingle choices and explained the roofing materials in simple terms. The roofing crew arrived on schedule in the morning, carefully moved my plants and other items near the house, and set up tarps to protect the property and catch debris during the tear-off and installation. They did solid work installing the shingles, underlayment, and other roof accessories, and they shared photos of the roof so I could clearly see the progress and condition up top. The whole roof job was finished in one day, and the cleanup was so thorough that even my wife was impressed. Everything looked neat when they left, with no mess left around the yard. The team was honest, professional, and straightforward, with no pressure, no bait and switch, and no shortcuts in workmanship. I first noticed them working on other homes around the Oakland neighborhood, and after seeing the quality of those roofing projects, I felt confident hiring them. I was very impressed and would gladly use them again for more roofing work.

i hired Summit Roof Repair for a single-family home in Oakland, and the whole roofing process went very well. As the owner and architect, i had a house with a very complex roof layout, including several tricky angles and detail areas. erik worked closely with me to sort out the roofing details for construction and made sure the plan was followed the right way. Because i was managing the project from far away, jamie kept me updated with regular progress photos and clear communication, which gave me a lot of confidence. The roof installation work was clean, skilled, and very well done. The flashing, layout, and finish all looked strong and professional, and the final result came out exactly as expected. After the job was completed, we noticed a very small leak during heavy rain. collin responded quickly, found the source, and fixed the roof right away. That follow-up service showed real care and solid workmanship. i am very happy with the overall experience, the quality of the roofing work, and the professionalism throughout the project.

Your roofing team did an excellent job on my mom’s house and made the whole process easy and pleasant. They went above and beyond the roofing work we expected. She had a roof leak, and Bernard came out the same day to take care of the repair. He was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and even helped us choose the right shingle color for the new roof. He really takes pride in his roofing work and puts customers first. From the first meeting to the final roof inspection, communication was clear and consistent. Bernard and his crew were fantastic. The team was polite, respectful, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. Bernard stayed involved the whole time, explaining each step and making sure we understood what was happening. My mom was nervous about choosing a roofing contractor, but Bernard made her feel comfortable by answering all of her questions and addressing every concern. She was thrilled with how the new roof turned out. The finished roof looks beautiful, and the workmanship was top quality. We truly appreciated all the help and would highly recommend this roofing company.

Extremely pleased with my new roof in Oakland! The whole experience with the roofing team and the crew was excellent. bernard was detailed, professional, and honest during the first inspection, and i never felt pushed into anything. He was patient and helpful through the entire process, answering questions clearly and making everything easy to understand. bernard also put together several visual options so i could see which shingle color and roof style would look best with my home. That extra effort really helped with the decision. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked hard, and was very friendly. They even took a moment to help move a car when there was an unexpected battery issue, which was greatly appreciated. The roof installation looks fantastic, and the new shingles really improved the curb appeal of the house. The workmanship was clean and sharp, and the finished roof had neighbors stopping to look right after the crew left. cleanup was impressive as well, with nails and debris carefully removed from the property. erik, the owner, checked in more than once before and after the job to make sure the roofing work met a high standard. He also made sure there was a second cleanup pass, which showed real care and attention to detail. Very happy with the final result and would absolutely hire this roofing team again for future roof repairs or exterior work.
