Supreme Shield Roofing is a roofing contractor located in Milpitas, serving the South Bay area. The company provides roofing services to local customers.
We had an excellent experience with this roofing company from the start. Austin called us back right away and came out quickly to inspect the roof and give us a clear estimate. We had a major roof leak at a home we had just bought, and it was causing a big hole in the interior ceiling, so we urgently needed about one-third of the roof replaced. The job included removing old shingles and installing metal roofing, and the transition where the new metal tied into the existing shingle roof was done very well. It looks great and, most importantly, the leak is gone. They also took care of a few nearby shingle repairs, installed much-needed gutters, and replaced flashing around two chimneys. Even though their schedule was busy, they worked us in much sooner because of the active leak, which really helped prevent more water damage. Austin was great to work with throughout the whole roofing process. The pricing was honest and easy to understand, and the invoice clearly showed labor, materials, and the full scope of the work. The roofing crew was professional, friendly, and focused on doing the job the right way instead of rushing through it. Because the house is older and had not been maintained well, they found some rotten roof decking and damaged wood once the project started. They explained everything clearly, showed us what needed to be repaired, and handled the added work with care. We appreciated how upfront they were about costs and how well they communicated at every step. After the roof replacement was finished, we asked for a small gutter adjustment, and they responded immediately and took care of it the same day. It is hard to find a roofing team this responsive, skilled, and thorough. We would gladly hire them again for any roofing repair, roof replacement, flashing work, gutter installation, or other exterior project in San Jose.
It has been over two and a half years since we had our new roof installed, and I no longer stay up worrying about shingles lifting during strong wind and rain. That happened several times with our old asphalt shingle roof, and I spent too many windy days making repairs and dealing with loose shingles. This new steel shake roof is clearly built to last for many years. We have a Cape Cod style home in San Jose, and ever since the house was built, the second floor was always harder to keep comfortable because of ductwork limits. On hot days, it used to feel much warmer upstairs than downstairs. Since the new metal roofing system was installed, the temperature difference is now only a few degrees and is barely noticeable. That was a great extra benefit we did not expect. I usually handle home projects myself and do not often hire contractors, so I am careful about choosing the right roofing company. From the first conversation, Cesar and Austin made me feel comfortable with their professionalism, clear communication, and respect for our property. The roofing crew kept the job site clean, worked efficiently, and showed real care throughout the installation. By the end of the project, I felt like I had known them for years. The finished roof looks amazing and has completely changed the look of our home. We have had several people stop and ask about the new roof, and I am always happy to tell them about the quality materials, strong workmanship, and the overall great experience. This is a high-quality roof and a great long-term investment.
They just completed a metal roofing job on my 3,400 square foot home and replaced 3 skylights. We are very happy with the results. Their pricing was competitive, and they were quick to respond throughout the whole roofing process. We really enjoyed working with Cesar. He came out for the roof inspection, stayed involved, and made sure the project was done right and that we were fully satisfied. There were a few small final details to address, and the team handled them right away before accepting full payment. That showed real care for quality and customer satisfaction. They also offer financing options, which made the roof replacement much easier to manage. I highly recommend them for metal roofing and skylight work, and I would gladly use them again for future roofing projects.
ShieldPeak Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof. After inspecting our roof, they clearly explained the damage caused by recent storms. Austin handled everything from start to finish, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He even worked with our insurance to make sure we got a full roof replacement. Once the date was set, Cesar and his team showed up right on time. We have a lot of landscaping around our home in San Jose, but the crew made sure everything was protected while they removed the old roof and replaced damaged plywood. They also took care of venting our fireplace, as we decided to remove our chimney, and coordinated with our HVAC company to make sure everything was done correctly. The team finished all the shingling and cleanup in just one day, leaving everything spotless. Austin returned when the work was done to check that every detail met their standards. We’ve never had customer service this good before—everything went smoothly, without any issues or disruptions. We’re extremely happy with the quality of the work. Best of all, our roof is leak-free now, and we have peace of mind for years ahead!

The whole process was smooth from inspection to final cleanup. austin was easy to reach, answered questions quickly, and took care of any concerns without delay. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was strong, and the warranty gave me added peace of mind. i was impressed with how professional, efficient, and detail focused the team was. i highly recommend this company for roof repairs, seamless gutters, leak issues, and general roofing services in San Jose.
