Sustainable Living Builders was professional, responsive, and friendly. The crew arrived on time, worked reliably and kept me updated throughout the roof replacement. They sent weekly and sometimes daily updates with pictures to tell the story. The worksite was cleaned daily and remained neat and secure. The results and production from the Tesla Roof and Battery we received far exceeds our expectations. We have a full tree overhang on the south side of our home and we are still able to power our home, my Tesla S, maintain 50-100% battery storage, and send power back to the grid. Thank you Sustainable Living Builders! I highly recommend this roofing contractor.
Tip Top! Luxury Winery Roof replacement done at the highest level. From aging slate removal during business hours on a tight turn around, the SLB team was great at coordinating while I was offsite and high level email, phone and in person. Honest, professional and diligent. We try work to with the best and vet partners as aggressively as anyone, glad we went with SLB.
I recently hired SLB (Sustainable Living Builders) for a repair for my roof to patio transition and I had a 5 star experience. Any kind of repair involving roof isn't fun, but SLB did an outstanding job communicating the process, coming out multiple times to analyze the work required and their price was very reasonable. Their true colors show when I needed them to come back to address a specific concern that I had and they came back to fix the issue. You often hear about other companies ignoring their customers after work is completed and paid for. They stand by their work and if you are looking for a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend SLB.
I was impressed with the professionalism of Sustainable Living Builders. The crew arrived on time, explained the roof replacement process clearly, and kept the worksite reasonably clean. Ramon's attention to detail and courteous attitude made the whole experience stress‑free. I appreciated their responsiveness to questions and requests during the work. Thank you for a great job!
I highly recommend Sustainable Living Builders. The entire process, from the initial contact, the site visit, the quote, to the guys showing up to do the work, and the clean up of the job site - it was all professional and yet personal. Their expertise was obvious during my roof replacement and they kept everything on schedule. They communicated with me every step of the way, and the work is fabulous.
