Roofing Friend did a great job replacing our shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof. We had a complex situation as we had mold in our attic which required carefully removing the moldy decking, wetting the boards to prevent spreading the spores, and replacing with CDX plywood. They did a great job coordinating with our remediator and making sure no rain got in during work. They were also very accommodating when we had to update the intake and exhaust venting a few times, and they even installed insulation in hard to reach vaulted sections. We are extremely happy with our beautiful metal roof that has a 50 year Galvalume material warranty and 40 year paint warranty. Thanks Roofing Friend!
Friendly Roofing was easy to work with and when we asked for special things to be done they accommodated us in a timely manner. Our house was built in 1910. It was a 1800sq feet roof with 4 dormer (chop up roof line) had 4 roofs on one side and 3 on the other. It was all torn down including gutters within 2 days. Next new plywood was layed, water protection, special care with new life time roof, metal at the "v" dormers. Metal added at the slops without destroying the cedar shingles. They reroof the flat extension waterproofing rubber and was able to you a gray not white that it blended with the house color. They match the gutters and downspouts to the color of the house as requested and made them on site. Chimney loose bricks were repaired, low spot on the roof was fixed, added facia broads for the gutter to attach too. They added vents as requested. Supplies and workmen where organized as needed for that days work. They had all the correct equipment in good working order for every phase of the job. At the end of each day, everything was cleaned up so we had safe access. There was great communications between the workman, their boss, and us. I would recommend them for any roofing need.
The Roofing Friend did a great job re-roofing our old roof - they did everything they said they would do, were very cooperative, showed up when they said they would, and completed on time. They left the site very clean. We really enjoyed working with them!

Terrible work!!! These guys don’t know what they are doing. They were installing new roof for us, but the next day we found many holes on the ceiling! And they even damaged our beams! It’s a disaster!
