I called three different roofers to get quotes for the gutter replacement on our Victorian house. Tom Lee Roofing was referred to me by a friend. Michael who came out to the property to do the estimate was so personal and professional. We even took the time to get up on the roof to get a quick look. Estimate sent over immediately and approved by me and my wife. Ryan was in contact with me getting us scheduled and rescheduled a couple of times due to the rain that we have been having. Joaquin and another team member showed up on the scheduled day and completely sorted out our poorly maintained gutters, work was completed above ny expectations, looks get , couldn’t be happier with this incredible team!. In the future when we get the house painted I need them back to seal my front gutter. Highly recommend price, workmanship and professional! Thank you!

I have used Tom Lee Roofing now at least three separate times - roof inspections, replacement of skylights, gutter replacement, and maintenance. There is a reason I keep coming back to them - professional, competent, good communication, and most of all, solid work at reasonable prices. I have worked with several contractors over the last 20 years - I have never felt at complete ease with a contractor, or returned to them for business, before as I have with TLR. I recently had a deteriorated rain gutter above my exterior front door repaired. The workers Joaquin and Angel were prompt upon arrival, unloaded all the necessary tools needed for the work to be performed, took pictures of the before and after affected areas, explained the work that would be performed, and left the work area completely clean, plus and also used a leaf blower to remove any small debris. I was totally satisfied with the detailed work done and was not disappointed in the finished product. I had used Tom Lee Roofing before on a bigger job where they redid the angulation on the pitch of the rain gutter done by another company where the water sat in the rain gutters and did not drain properly. So I knew what to expect from their diagnosis of the problem, their approach on how to correct/repair the affected area, their work performance and cleanliness. They may not be the lowest priced but they are not the highest. If you want the work done properly, book with them. The one complaint I would have is they are always booked and you do have to wait but it’s worth the wait.

It was time to replace the well worn roof on our 1860's house that didn't have plywood sheathing on most of it. We asked all our friends that are home owners or construction contractors who they would recommend for a re-roofing job, they all said the same thing, Tom Lee Roofing. But!, they said, they are always booked-up and they are pricey. So we got bids from our friend's second and third choices, plus Tom Lee. All the other bids came in really high, Tom Lee came in WAY lower than the others... 😃. The entire Tom Lee team were incredibly professional and timely. The job site was always kept clean & the neighbor's homes were protected. Excellent work from everyone. We feel fortunate to have had Tom Lee Roofing re-roof our quirky old house. So, contact them early, don't wait until the last minute. They will work you into their schedule and you won't regret it.

I recently had an inspection done on my 20-year-old roof. The estimator was honest and thorough, advising me that the roof still had years of life left and only needed some maintenance. When the work was carried out, Joaquin and his crew did excellent work. He was highly communicative, providing clear explanations of each step and keeping me updated throughout the day. I'm very happy with the work and will definitely reach out for any future needs.
