Top Roofing says it in their name and they do Top Quality work. The owner Tal is a very friendly and personable man from the moment that I met him. In addition, Tal is also a General Contractor, which is a big plus! I actually called 4 other roofing companies besides Top Roofing and out of the 5 roofing companies that I dealt with, Top Roofing rose to the “top”. I was very impressed with the owner, Tal, who came out to assess my roof in order to provide me with a quote. Out of the 5 roofing companies that I had come out for estimates, Tal spent the most amount of time, not only getting all of the information pertaining to my roof and what needed to be done, he also took the time to get to know me, being a widow of 2 years since my husband passed away. Tal was very detailed when getting specific information, including flying a drone above my roof in order to get some pictures and video of my roof. Tal, the owner of Top Roofing, was the only one out of the five roofing companies who actually went up on my roof to inspect it up close as none of the other roofing companies did this. Tal was also incredibly helpful with some other things that I needed help with. He either took the time to advise me or he assisted me with some of the things that I needed help with. All of the workers were very respectful and hardworking throughout the project. Top Roofing also was able to fit me into their schedule and was able to complete the repair and replacement of my roof in a timely manner. The owner, Tal, was very good in keeping me informed of any changes as well as the status of the project. Tal also was available either on site or by text if I had any questions or concerns and responded very quickly. I am very pleased with the expertise and results of Top Roofing. I love my new roof and would definitely recommend Top Roofing to any family, friends or anyone who needs any type of work done on their roof. Just call Tal at Top Roofing, you won’t be sorry!
I had a sectional roof replacement done by Top Roofing, and I’m extremely happy with the entire experience. From the initial inspection through completion, communication was excellent and everything was handled in a very professional and transparent way. Rom took the time to explain exactly what was going on with the problem area, why a proper section replacement was the right solution, and what the scope of work would include. The proposal was detailed, the price was fair, and there were no surprises during the job. The crew showed up when scheduled, the work was done carefully, and the finished result looks great. They also handled a small additional task for me at the same time without any hassle, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was the combination of quality work, reasonable pricing, and flexibility. It’s not always easy to find a contractor who delivers on all three. I would definitely use Top Roofing again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. — Phil H.
Tal and team were fantastic throughout the project. His bid was one of the best, and I got the best vibes from him too. He delivered everything and more. When the weather changed suddenly to rain, he accelerated and finished the job in 2 days instead of 3 by bringing in a larger crew. A few adjustments had to be made along the way and Tal showed up immediately to address them. He is an honest roofer (some will add “new” charges along the way.) I recommend Tal for your roofing needs.
Tal is a true professional and I am very happy with the full roof replacement work his crew did. He spent time to do a thorough inspection, a competitive quote, and work in a proactive timely manner to figure out a schedule that worked. He knows his stuff and has excellent direct communication style so there is no guessing. His crew did their job on time and with good attention to detail. They responded promptly to every request when they closed, doing a thorough job cleaning up after completion. I highly recommend Tal and his roofing company!
