Treven Zael Roofers

Treven Zael Roofers showed up right on time, was very courteous, and did an excellent job installing our new roof and related exterior roofing work at our home in Sausalito. The whole process, from the sales visit and roof measurements to the office support and installation crew, was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. i was especially impressed that bryson from sales and greyson from the measuring team stopped by during the job to make sure everything was going smoothly. trenton and his crew were outstanding. they arrived early, worked together very efficiently, and finished the project in just one day. The new roof looks great, and they made the entire process much easier than we expected. We had also used them before for gutter work, so we felt confident choosing a local roofing company that really cares about the community and provides dependable service.

Professional, honest, and detail-focused service from Treven Zael Roofers. Shaun kept me updated, showed up on time, and did exactly what was promised. I had roof drainage leaks around the gutter corners that had been getting worse over time, and I was worried it might turn into a much bigger roofing repair. Other gutter and roofing contractors had suggested tearing out and replacing the whole system, which would have been a major expense. Instead, Shaun inspected everything carefully, explained that the gutters and drainage setup were still in solid condition, and completed the needed repair quickly. In a short visit, the leaks were sealed, the problem areas were corrected, and the gutter system was working properly again. What I thought would turn into a huge bill ended up being a very affordable fix. It is rare to find a roofing company that values honesty, fair pricing, clear communication, and quality workmanship like this. I really appreciated the straightforward advice, the respect for my budget, and the care taken to fix only what actually needed repair. Great experience from start to finish.

We had a great experience with Trenton and his crew at Treven Zael Roofers. The estimate process was fast and simple, and they walked us through several roofing material choices, repair options, and upgrade details so we could pick what worked best for our home and budget. When our roof started leaking, they made room in the schedule quickly and handled the full roof replacement without delay. The roofing job was finished efficiently, the workmanship looked solid, and the team did a thorough cleanup of all debris afterward. Communication stayed clear from start to finish, and everyone we talked with was polite, professional, and easy to work with. They also explained the condition of the shingles and underlayment in simple terms, which gave us confidence in the whole process. Highly recommend for anyone needing dependable roofing service.

I had such a great experience with Treven Zael Roofers on my first roofing project that I hired them again for another roof on my rental property in Sausalito. I keep coming back because everyone I worked with, from start to finish, was courteous, professional, and easy to talk to, and I felt confident I would get solid workmanship every time. This job needed a lot of attention, including roof repairs, new fascia and gutters, a skylight replacement, and other important updates to the roofing system. Preston and the crew handled everything really well and made the whole process smooth. At every stage, communication stayed clear, the team was helpful and accommodating, and the job site was kept neat. My tenant even mentioned how respectful the crew was and how well they cleaned up after the work was done. I would absolutely recommend them for roofing work.

Treven Zael Roofers finished our roofing project in Sausalito and did a great job from start to finish. The estimate was competitive with other local roofing bids, but what really stood out was the extra attention given to the roof, gutters, downspouts, attic ventilation, and drainage around the home. Trenton quickly noticed gutter sizing problems, runoff flow issues, and ventilation concerns that others had missed, and he clearly explained practical solutions in simple terms. The crew handled the work efficiently over two days, taking care of the gutter system first and then completing the roof installation. They arrived right on time each morning, worked in an organized way, and kept the property very clean throughout the job. When everything was done, there was no mess left behind, and the new roof, vents, gutters, and downspouts all looked neat, solid, and professionally installed. The water drainage setup also looks much more streamlined and makes better sense now. Another thing I appreciated was how straightforward the contract was. There was no confusing back-and-forth about extra charges or surprise add-ons. The quoted price stayed the price, which made the whole roofing process much less stressful. I also brought up one small concern about a water-damaged soffit area, and Preston was responsive and ready to take care of it promptly, which gave me even more confidence in the service. A roof replacement is a major investment, but they made the entire experience easy to understand and comfortable from the first inspection to the final cleanup. Their knowledge of roofing systems, ventilation, gutters, and drainage was clear the whole time. I’m very pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend them for roofing work again.
