We had a great experience with Todd and his entire team on our home addition project. We added a new large master suite and converted our existing master suite to an office and laundry room. Todd’s team did a beautiful job. Todd was super responsive with any questions or concerns that we had- he always wanted to do right by us and make sure we were happy with the work. Everyone on his team had the same attitude. Our project took a bit longer than expected, but part of that was waiting on back-ordered windows and doors (if you’re starting a project- order them early!). All in all, great experience and happy to recommend Todd!
TS Construction was recommended to us by a friend. We were not disappointed. They came out to consult with us three times before beginning the project, they were able to start the month after we agreed on numbers/timing, and started right on time. Todd & Eddie, along with their very capable crew, guided us through the process and were always available for questions and to help us make decisions. The subcontractors they work with are stand up people and experts in their fields. Everyone felt like family by the end, as we were together a lot. Our project, even with multiple changes (by us), was completed on time, and we couldn't be happier with the result.
I 100% recommend reaching out to TS Construction before doing any project. Their knowledge and experience of all the moving parts related to home projects is what you expect from a professional contractor. These guys are the real deal and I call them for advice all the time.
TS Construction does great work, but what really stands out is their leadership and integrity. From the moment you meet them to the day your project is finished, they’re honest, dependable, and treat you like family. They care about doing things the right way, which is why they’ve earned a reputation as one of the best construction companies in the Bay Area.
