Miguel and his team were great to work with. On time, reliable, delivered what was promised, stayed in budget, and made the whole process easy. My roof looks great and they offer a great warranty. 10/10 would refer freinds and family. I did my research and received multiple quotes but honestly Miguel was honest and forthcoming with his opinion about getting the roof replaced and ultimately his honestly is what made me choose his company over others. I'm in the process of getting solar so the roof didn't necessarily need to be replaced it had about 4-5 years left. Miguel let me know and didn't pressure me one way or the other. FyI roof color is weathered wood if you're wondering.
Miguel and team are top notch. I recently purchased a townhouse and knew it was due for a new roof but was planning on pushing it out another year. During the major rainfall in November, I noticed what appeared to be a leak, which sent to me the web to try and find a roofer to come out to potentially patch. Several “big names” wanted a signed contract and $1,000 deposit to even come and look. I called Miguel at Vasquez Roofing and he came out quickly in the pouring by rain, got on the roof and investigated for me. The leak turned out not to be from the roof but I was so impressed with Miguel’s thoroughness and honesty that I asked for a quote. His quote was competitive and fair and I moved forward with hiring his company to replace my roof this year instead of waiting. Miguel prioritized checking on my roof without ever asking me to sign a contract, a single dime or any knowledge that I needed to replace my roof and planned to do so. I did not tell him it needed a new roof when I called. He also spent time looking over potential areas that could be causing the leak and helping us brainstorm, even though I’m sure he had plenty of other things he could have been doing. Miguel and team worked efficiently and quickly and Miguel communicated with me the entire time. He went above and beyond, working very late with his crew to make sure my new roof was buttoned up before the next rains came through. His team was neat and cleaned up daily. My roof was finished well within the expected timeline and it looks great. I have no doubt it will last me for years to come. Best of all, I have the reassurance and peace of mind that Miguel will come through for me if ever it’s needed in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Vasquez Roofing to anyone- and I have; they’re replacing my in-laws roof next month. A new roof can be a source of major stress but I felt like I was in the best hands the entire time and am very grateful for quality workmanship at a fair price. Thank you Vasquez roofing!!!
Took a shot in the dark and decided to contact Miguel from a Facebook post. Miguel had the soonest availability to come and check out a leak in our roof. We really appreciated the straight forward, kind, and honest approach of Miguel and his team. Other companies I called were fine but had a very corporate approach, whereas Vasquez roofing feels like you are hiring family!
