Hired western roofing systems to replace my old shingles on my home. Roscoe was my main point of contact and was such a pleasure to work with. Everybody at the company was great. I rarely give reviews that are a 5.0 in all categories. But in this case, I have no choice. Roscoe and his team were excellent in all areas. The cleanup was exceptional. Everything was on time. Commitments were kept. Roscoe was exceptionally responsive to any and all questions. Even my wife said there was nothing that she could see that wasn’t perfect. Now I ask you, how unusual is that? Roscoe and his team are amazing! Not only are their prices reasonable and service exceptional but recently they got myself and my clients out of a huge bind. In the middle of an open house,during a rainy weekend, I noticed a leak near the entryway. Roscoe came out the next morning at 7 AM to take a look and while it was not an easy, fix him and his team didn’t give up. Within one week the leak had been identified, fixed, patched and painted. I am now one of their biggest fans!
