Roscoe is very earnest and knowledgeable. I was trying to hire Western/Roscoe for my new home. He was prompt in responding and answered many questions to my satisfaction. He also provided reference addresses and customers to talk to which really helped me with picking the color and material. He also answered technical questions about how to install in valleys and installing air vents on the ridge. He also provided a detailed quote with a very competitive price. Unfortunately I could not work with him as I was in a contract with my GC's roofer already. He was respectful of my situation and continued to help even after that. I hope to work with him in the future and highly recommend Roscoe. It's good to see people like Roscoe with such good customer attitude - not a common thing these days.

I rarely give reviews that are a 5.0 in all categories. But in this case, I have no choice. Roscoe and his team were excellent in all areas. The cleanup was exceptional. Everything was on time. Commitments were kept. Roscoe was exceptionally responsive to any and all questions. Even my wife said there was nothing that she could see that wasn’t perfect. Now I ask you, how unusual is that? Hired western roofing systems to replace my old shingles on my home. Roscoe was my main point of contact and was such a pleasure to work with. Everybody at the company was great. Francisco and Manuel were the installers and you can tell they really care about the quality of their work and keeping the job site clean. Roscoe is amazing! The most professional service provider I ever used for my house. Good communication, he will always get back to you asap. Price is great! And the best part is that he will coordinate and arrange all the services that need to be done before, during, and after your roof removal & installation. In my case, I have solar panels + pool heater panels which Roscoe advised me what I need to do first and next. He even coordinate with solar & pool heater service companies for me. His crew is super fast and know what they were doing. He even brought their own porta-potty and drinks cooler so his crew can work efficiently and have everything they need. Even after the installation, I contacted him for my gutter replacement and he even helped me with that. I highly recommend Roscoe & Western Roofing Systems. Beware that if you search for Western Roofing Systems and call in the number from the website, it will go to the main office operator which will send your info to another Western Roofing Systems that is a totally separate company! I did talk to both companies (with the same name) and I'm glad I went with Roscoe!
