This review is long overdue. I had a little fender bender, and White Oaks Auto Body is always the shop I bring my cars to, as their quality and customer service are unmatched. Troy is awesome and the owner has always been helpful. Initially, the color match on my car was a bit off, but they went out of their way and spent extra time repainting my bumper to get it perfect. A few years later, when the clear coat started having issues, they gladly honored the lifetime warranty. I'm so happy to continue bringing my cars back to White Oaks Auto Body.
White Oaks is highly recommended for their quality work so I wasn't surprised when they said they were booked two weeks out. I dropped off my vehicle on 10/07/25 with Robert. He was very professional his communication was 10/10! He updated me every couple of days and let me know what was happening every step of the way. White Oaks was perfect on the estimates and caught everything on the first inspection. I got my car back on 10/16/25 and it was clear they took the appropriate time to get the job done right. Definitely coming back to White Oaks in the future and recommending to friends and family.
I went there this morning to get my back bumper fixed. White Oaks was highly recommended by my mechanic and this was my first visit. The staff are so friendly and polite. Mike did an excellent job on the bumper and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Now I highly recommend them, too!
