Xerlo Cast Roofers

We had a great experience getting our new shingle roof installed. The whole roofing process was easy from start to finish. Kyle was very helpful, explaining each step, helping with the insurance claim, and guiding us in choosing the best roofing option for our home. He was always on time and ready to answer any questions. Seth was our project manager and did an excellent job. The roofing crew showed up on schedule, worked hard until everything was done, and even went the extra mile with cleanup so our property looked great when they finished. We are very happy with the quality of the roof and the smooth, professional service throughout the project.

We had a roof leak that two other roofers tried to repair, but the problem kept coming back. After a full roof inspection and evaluation, they quickly found the source of the leak and explained a clear repair plan. Within about an hour, they had identified the issue, and a few days later the crew returned to complete the roofing repairs. since then, we have had no more leaks, even during hot weather and normal rain. The whole process was smooth and easy. they were courteous, professional, and on time. the crew communicated well, answered our questions, and made sure we understood the repair work being done on the shingles, flashing, and problem areas around the roof. i really appreciated how organized they were and how clean they left the job site. everything was finished without hassles, at a fair price, and with solid workmanship. i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing honest, reliable roofing service.

This roofing team truly lives up to its reputation. We gave our home a full exterior upgrade with a new roof, siding, windows, gutters, a front door, and a new French door, and the whole project turned out beautifully. Seth was excellent to work with from start to finish. He was easy to reach, very accommodating, and always open to our questions and ideas. He offered a strong selection of quality roofing and exterior products, explained the options clearly, and kept us updated on the schedule and each phase of the job. We were very happy with the entire process, especially the workmanship, communication, and the final result. The new roof and exterior improvements really improved the look of our home and gave us confidence in the durability and curb appeal. We would gladly use this team again for future roofing or exterior work in Mill Valley and would highly recommend them.

i have used Xerlo Cast Roofers several times for roof repair, gutter work, exterior trim painting, and a full roof replacement after storm damage. it is great to know a local roofing company still takes real pride in their workmanship and pays attention to the small details. The crew always delivered high quality work, and if anything needed attention, it was handled quickly and professionally. That made it an easy choice to call them again for a new roof install on my newly built detached garage in Mill Valley. The finished roof looks beautiful, the materials look durable, and the whole project added great curb appeal. malachi and julian were very helpful, kept me updated through the job, and made sure everything was completed the right way from start to finish.

They installed a new roof, gutters, and gutter guards on both our main building and garage, and the whole job was completed faster than expected without cutting corners. The crew was friendly, efficient, and very skilled. they did a clean, professional job and paid attention to the details from start to finish. We also got progress photos along the way, which made it easy to see how the reroof and gutter installation were coming together. That extra communication gave us a lot of confidence throughout the project. it was clear they cared about quality, customer service, and making sure everything looked right before wrapping up. the whole process felt smooth, organized, and stress free. if you need roofing, gutters, or related exterior work, i would definitely recommend them. you won’t be disappointed.
