We contacted several roofers for estimates on a full roof replacement after storm damage, and Xylo Fix Roofers was the only one that stayed on top of the whole quoting process and truly earned our business. Zachary inspected the roof carefully, found a few other problem areas besides the storm-related damage, and explained everything in simple terms so we knew what needed attention. A big advantage was their ability to form the metal roofing panels on site, which helped reduce waste and kept the project moving without delays waiting on materials. The crew was professional, organized, and very clean from start to finish. It was impressive to watch how naturally they handled the tear-off, prep work, flashing, and installation like a skilled roofing team that does quality work every day. They replaced our old 3-tab shingle roof with a 24-gauge Galvalume metal roof on our small ranch-style home in Campbell, and they finished the job in just one day. The new roof looks great, feels solid, and gave us confidence that the home is much better protected from sun, wind, and future weather.
Choosing Xylo Fix Roofers for our gutter and roofing drainage work was one of the best decisions we made. The new gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards were top quality, and the whole job went smoothly from the first inspection to the final cleanup. Roger was easy to work with, explained the gutter system clearly, and helped us get a fair price for the work. The crew finished the installation quickly, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything matched the roofline well. The completed system looks clean, works great, and should handle rain runoff exactly the way it should. It also gave us more confidence that our roof edges, fascia, and drainage are better protected. We have a lot of good things to say about the service and would gladly recommend them for gutter work and related roofing needs. The workmanship is solid, and their focus on customer satisfaction is genuine.
After buying a small house near my parents in Campbell, I renovated it myself and decided it needed a new roof. While I’ve installed asphalt shingles before and helped a friend with a metal roof, I wasn’t sure about the cost or how tough it would be to get a metal roof put on my own place here in California. I reached out to several roofing companies for quotes, and when I spoke with Xylo Fix Roofers, I was truly impressed. Their prices were fair, their team was friendly and professional, and now my home has a sturdy, good-looking metal roof. Roger and the crew made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their roof in Campbell!
After a strong storm hit my house in Campbell, I needed a reliable roofer to handle the repairs. Luckily, my home inspector had previously recommended a trustworthy roofing company, and I decided to give them a call. Even though it was a tough time for roofers in the area with so many people needing help and materials being hard to get, Camden and the rest of the team kept me updated every week about when they could start and what to expect. Everyone I dealt with was professional and always ready to answer my questions. The roof repair was top-notch, and I decided to upgrade my gutters too because I felt confident that it would be worth it. I've had some bad experiences with other contractors before, but this roofing crew in Campbell really set the bar for quality work, great communication, and thorough cleanup. They also helped me through the insurance process, which made things so much easier. At the end of the job, the owner himself did a final walk-through to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in need of roof repairs or upgrades. I'm still very happy with the results and grateful for their excellent service.
Wow! That is all I can say about Roger and the roofing crew. I called about a roof leak, and Roger got back to me right away and was able to inspect it the same day. He found that an earlier repair in that area had not been done the right way. Within just a few days, the team completed the roof repair correctly, checked the surrounding shingles and flashing, and made sure the problem area was sealed up well. The timing could not have been better, especially with heavy rain coming through. The roof held up great, and I felt a lot more confident after the work was finished. I really appreciate how easy they were to work with, how clearly they explained the issue, and how fast they handled everything. I am very glad I found this roofing company and will definitely use them again for any future roof and gutter work. Great crew, solid service, and quality roofing work.
